AEW TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher def. Tomohiro IshiiI don't think anyone honestly thought Ishii had a chance of beating Fletcher for the AEW TNT Championship so soon after he won it. Okay, so Dustin Rhodes' reign was brief, but that was always expected to be the case. They had a good, hard-hitting affair and I appreciated that Fletcher got some mic time afterward. As long as the title doesn't remain exclusive to Collision, I'm content. Megan Bayne def. Emily RoseBayne is in a strange spot right now where she's winning plenty of matches but isn't being built toward anything significant because she'll be involved in the AEW Women's Tag Team Championship mix when those belts are introduced soon. I will say, I'm glad this was a brief bout with Bayne winning almost immediately. Making this any longer than it was would've been unnecessary. Ricochet def. Juice RobinsonBig Bill and Bryan Keith addressed Bang Bang Gang beforehand, so you had to know they would factor into the finish somehow. Sure enough, Bill interfered to cost Robinson the victory. The match prior to that point was solid. Ricochet racking up wins is important if this new group with him and The Gates of Agony is going to be taken seriously, even if he requires assistance. Stokley and FTR def. Joe Keys, Josh Fuller and Ryan ZukkoSince when did Stokley Hathaway start going by just Stokley? That was my top takeaway here. Stokely, or Big Stoke as they're calling him right now, is set to face Adam Copeland on Wednesday's Dynamite, so this existed to give him a win and get him in the ring before then. Obviously, FTR did most of the work before Stokley came in the end to win for his team, so this accomplished what it needed to. Hechicero def. AR FoxDaniel Garcia sat in on commentary because he and Hechicero will be taking part in a four-way match on Wednesday's Dynamite to determine Zack Sabre Jr.'s IWGP World Heavyweight Championship challenger at Forbidden Door. Nigel McGuinness will one of the participants, and seeing as how he's from England, he should absolutely win. At any rate, this was a simple showcase for Hechicero. Triangle of Madness (Skye Blue, Julia Hart and Thekla) def. Tay Melo, Queen Aminata and Willow NightingaleIf two members of Triangle of Madness aren't the inaugural AEW Women's Tag Team Champions, something is seriously wrong. Having them dominate out of the gate is smart and this was a quality contest. Seeing the same combination of women face each other is getting tiring, and although Nightingale hasn't been as involved as the others, I'd rather her be a part of something more meaningful. AEW World Trios Champion Katsuyori Shibata def. Max CasterCaster's luck of surviving his own open challenge was short-lived, as this was a one-sided squash for Shibata. Caster is clearly turning face, so it was interesting that he faced Shibata here. Also, hasn't Caster already answered the open challenge? La Faccion Ingobernable laying out both guys afterward led seamlessly into their six-man tag team main event. AEW World Champion "Hangman" Adam Page and JetSpeed def. La Faccion Ingobernable (Dralistico, The Beast Mortos and Rush)It's not often we get the AEW World Champion in action on Dynamite, so that was a treat. I don't know why Page would want to team with JetSpeed (who I don't recall him having any association with in the past) against LFI (who Page hasn't had any issues with lately to my knowledge), but it was a strong main event. My only problem with it was that LFI should be winning more if they're going to challenge for the AEW World Trios Championship eventually. Overall ShowAs I've said before, AEW has done a better job of making Collision more worthwhile this year, but this was a far inconsequential edition than last week's, which featured the AEW TNT Championship changing hands and matches with more stakes. This was largely a setup show for Dynamite, and they filled the two hours well, but you didn't miss much if you didn't tune in.
