Jon Moxley def. "Speedball" Mike BaileyI would've loved if Moxley and the rest of The Death Riders disappeared from AEW TV for a little bit after Moxley lost the AEW World Championship and subsequently failed to regain it, but it looks like we'll be stuck with them on television for the foreseeable future. Nonetheless, this was a nice match from Moxley and Bailey with Bailey looking credible in defeat and Moxley rebounding with the victory. Alex Windsor def. Skye Blue, Queen Aminata and Billie Starkz in a Four-Way Match to Qualify for the AEW TBS Championship Four-Way Match at Forbidden DoorYes, we got a four-way match to determine who will take part in another four-way match at Forbidden Door later this month. I'm so over both WWE and AEW overdoing multi-person matches, specifically four-ways. They're fun yet exhausting. This was more of the same and I'm sure I won't remember it in a few days, but Windsor winning was the correct call considering she's from England and that's where Forbidden Door will emanate from. The Don Callis Family Celebrated Kyle Fletcher's AEW TNT Championship VictoryThe AEW TNT Championship has been an afterthought for so long that it was refreshing to see an entire segment dedicated to it coming off Fletcher's title win on last week's Collision. Fletcher's mic work was strong as always and it set the tone for the rest of his reign. I don't know who will be first to challenge him, but this gave me hope he'll be more of a regular on Dynamite than Collision going forward, which is an encouraging sign for the title. Brodido def. The Young Bucks in an AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator Tournament Semifinal MatchIn what should come as little surprise, Brandido and Brody King proved on last week's Collision that they work really well together as partners, so I'm happy they're moving onto the finals. I guess this meant more than them beating The Outrunners, but I still don't understand why the Bucks had to win in the first round only to lose here. Regardless, this was a very entertaining outing, and I appreciated they received as much time as they did. Renee Paquette Interviewed Swerve StricklandThis was a fairly simple and straightforward promo from Strickland to further his feud with Kazuchika Okada and hype their match for Forbidden Door. That said, it's wild how their feud so far doesn't feel as special as it should. What we've gotten has been good albeit unspectacular. Hopefully they blow us away with an amazing match once the bell rings. CMLL World Light Heavyweight Champion MJF def. Mark Briscoe (Non-Title)MJF captured the CMLL World Light Heavyweight Championship over the weekend, and I assume the plan is to have him drop it to Mistico at some point. Personally, I'd do it at Forbidden Door, but they'll probably want to blow that off on a CMLL show. Meanwhile, this was a quality main event from MJF and Briscoe. I figured Briscoe would win to build his case for a shot at the AEW World Championship, but perhaps they get there some other way. Briscoe's foot was on the rope at the end, so it's not like it was a clean win for MJF. Overall ShowI thought this was a middle-of-the-road edition of Dynamite. Briscoe getting the main event treatment in recent weeks has been cool to see and it makes sense if he's headed for a shot at the AEW World Championship. Plus, the AEW World Tag Team Championship Eliminator Tournament has given the tag team division a shot in the arm and we got more build for Forbidden Door. I liked how it didn't feel like way too much was being crammed into this episode
