Heath and Rhino and The Briscoes Confronted Impact World Tag Team Champions Violent By Design; Briscoes def. Heath and Rhino in an Impact World Tag Team Championship No. 1 Contender's MatchI don't think I've ever seen Rhino as fired up on the mic than he was during that opening segment. It made sense for him to be that intense given he was once a member of Violent By Design before they kicked him out last year. It makes all the sense in the world for him and Heath to eventually dethrone them as Impact World Tag Team Champions, but I would save that for Slammiversary at the earliest. In the meantime, it's cool that we're getting The Briscoes challenging for the tag titles at Under Siege. They had a fun match with Heath and Rhino and will are excellent addition to the IMPACT tag team ranks assuming they're here for the long haul.

Arez, Gino Medina and Mini Abismo Negro def. Aramis, KC Navarro and MicromanThe Microman stuff doesn't do much for me personally, but there's no doubt fans are into it, especially in Dallas. That was where he made his MLW debut to begin with. Much like his premiere appearance on this show a few months ago, this match lasted a little longer than it probably should have, but again, the crowd was invested in the action and it was fun while it lasted. That said, no one in particular seemed to stand out other than Microman.
Mark Andrews and Wild Boar def. Symbiosis (Primate and T-Bone)Andrews and Boar have known each other for a long time, so I probably should've expected that they'd work well together as partners. I liked that they wasted no time in taking the fight to Symbiosis. This was a nicely-paced opener and a good win for the babyfaces. They chased Eddie Dennis around afterward, so he clearly this feud won't be over until he gets his comeuppance. On a side note, I was wondering where Flash Morgan Webster is until discovering that he's currently injured.
Liv Morgan def. Nikki A.S.H.I wouldn't worry too much about Morgan wrestling on Main Event since it's clear she has direction on Raw right now in her feud with Rhea Ripley. As for Nikki A.S.H., I can't believe she's still coming out to the same entrance music with the same attire despite turning heel months ago. The superhero stuff sucks and is not doing her any favors (despite it being her idea in the first place). At any rate, this was a nice little match and I liked the aggression Morgan showed while selling the leg. It was in line with her actions from this week's Raw.
ROH World Tag Team Champion and AAA World Tag Team Champion Dax Harwood def. ROH World Tag Team Champion and AAA World Tag Team Champion Cash Wheeler to Qualify for the Men's Owen Hart CupThis is what I was looking forward to most coming into this episode and they didn't disappoint. It was perfectly positioned as the opener, much like Bret Hart vs. Owen Hart at WrestleMania 10. CM Punk sitting on commentary was a nice touch, too. This was as wonderfully wrestled as you'd expect. They went out there and had an excellent match. The finish felt abrupt, but I actually appreciate that the match ended with a reversed roll-up because you don't ordinarily see that. I know both guys have said they'll never go one-on-one again, so this was a real treat as a one-time-only encounter.
