Isiah Kassidy def. KomanderKassidy made his Ring of Honor debut a few weeks back. I'm not sure why Kassidy is wrestling on his own as opposed to teaming with Marq Quen, but at least we're getting to see him at all since he's barely been on AEW programming since resurfacing at the start of the year. This was the expected quality contest from these two and they made nice use of their time. Kassidy winning was a slightly surprising outcome considering Komander does way more singles matches (and gets way more championship opportunities as a result).

Ivar def. Apollo CrewsCrews' last Main Event was over a month ago, so I forgot he was on the roster until he resurfaced here. I said that about Xia Li last week and she ended up getting released the next day, so I hope Crews doesn't soon suffer the same fate. Ivar has been making the rounds recently between Raw, NXT and Main Event and this was another impressive outing from him. They had a good match in the time they were allotted.
Chuck Taylor Saved Orange Cassidy From Trent BerettaBeretta demanded an answer from Taylor at Dynasty and he got one here. I'm glad they're done as a team because Best Friends were played out and Beretta could do well on his own (provided he has direction once this storyline is over). They got straight to the point here and didn't drag things out. We found out later in the night that Beretta and Taylor will have a Parking Lot Brawl on a special Saturday edition of Rampage.
#AskGSM is a weekly Q&A video where I, Graham "GSM" Matthews, answer fan questions from Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in regards to the world of wrestling. Nothing is off limits, and this week's edition touches upon a variety of topics including:
NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez def. Tatum Paxley and Lyra Valkyria in a Triple Threat MatchI was surprised when Perez won the NXT Women's Championship at Stand & Deliver, but I fully expected her to lose it here without getting pinned so she could be drafted to either Raw or SmackDown. Well, they surprised me again by having her retain. Maybe she won't get drafted after all, and if that's the case, why would she declare for it and why would neither brand want her? Nonetheless, this was a great Triple Threat where they worked a consistent pace throughout and a nicely-executed finish. Props to Paxley for a very impressive performance and proving she belonged in there.
