Jeff Hardy Attacked King CorbinA lengthy tribute to The Undertaker (who didn't actually retire on The Last Ride, by the way) preceded this segment, as well as the Boneyard match from WrestleMania 36 being replayed in its entirety. I really, really hope Corbin talking trash about 'Taker here doesn't mean he'll be facing him at some point. If Undertaker does wrestle again (not that he needs to), it should be against someone who could actually carry him to a competent contest, not Corbin. Hardy going after Corbin was random, but WWE seemed to working with a limited roster on this show and may not have had much of a choice (especially if Sheamus wasn't able to appear). Nikki Cross def. Lacey Evans, Dana Brooke and Alexa Bliss in a SmackDown Women's Championship No. 1 Contender's Fatal 4-WayWith Sasha Banks set to challenge Asuka for the Raw Women's Championship at Extreme Rules, I wasn't sure if Bayley would be in action at the event as well. Thankfully, we found out here she will be against Cross with the SmackDown Women's Championship up for grabs. This was a well-wrestled Fatal 4-Way while it lasted, but the issue with Cross winning is that Bayley has already beaten her multiple times. Hell, Cross lost to Sasha Banks just last week. Then again, Bayley has defeated the rest of the division as well, which goes to show that it's time for a change and hopefully Banks will be the one to take that title from her sooner rather than later.

Wardlow def. Luchasaurus in a Lumberjack MatchThis was originally scheduled to take place at Blood and Guts three months ago, but since that special edition of Dynamite has been postponed indefinitely, it made sense to do it here with MJF and Jungle Boy still feuding after MJF beat Jungle Boy at Double or Nothing. I don't think the stipulation was necessary, especially in light of the news that a number of WWE wrestlers tested positive for COVID-19 (as well as Jon Moxley's wife Renee Young), but they made the most of it. The group of lumberjacks getting up three or four times to catch the competitors was silly, but this was an enjoyable opener on the whole with the right outcome. AEW Women's Champion Hikaru Shida def. Red Velvet (Non-Title)I hated how, in Shida's first match after winning the title at Double or Nothing, she was taken to the limit by someone I can't even remember. She needs to be showcased like a star and that was exactly what happened here. She hit two moves and it was over. That's how you establish someone (specifically a champion) as being dominant. Her post-match brawl with Penelope Ford was weak, but it did set the stage for their title match next week.
Cameron Grimes def. Damian PriestPriest was shown injured outside before the bout began, and despite medical personnel advising him to not go through with the match, he competed anyway. It was pretty obvious from the get-go that Grimes would win, but Priest was protected in defeat, so I have no complaints. This didn't last long at all and I'm sure they could have a killer match, but this was designed to be more of an angle to give Grimes another notable win. NXT Cruiserweight Champion Santos Escobar def. Jake Atlas (Non-Title)Atlas is a close friend of Drake Maverick (who the heel trio has been targeting lately), so this match made sense. This was meant to be all about Escobar, but at least Atlas looked good in defeat and scored some offense before eating the loss. I can't say enough about Escobar and how he comes across like a complete star. The theme song may sound generic to some, but I dig it and thinks it fits his mafia-esque gimmick nicely.
#AskGSM is a weekly Q&A video where I, Graham "GSM" Matthews, answer fan questions from Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in regards to the world of wrestling. Nothing is off limits, and this week’s edition touches upon a variety of topics including:
Tasha Steelz def. NevaehThis feud between the duo of Steelz and Kiera Hogan and the team of Nevaeh and Havoc started last week with Steelz and Hogan sat in on Nevaeh's match against Kimber Lee. I'm not sure who viewers are supposed to want to see win because everyone involved comes across like a heel. This was a well-wrestled opener and it's nice to have some new blood in the burgeoning Knockouts division, but I'm curious what the endgame here is. Deonna Purrazzo def. Alisha EdwardsIt's been a while since we last saw Alisha in action on IMPACT! Wrestling. She's talented, but she hasn't had many (if any) must-see matches since she started wrestling for the company and it's probably for the best that she's slotted at the enhancement level for now. This was a decent showcase for Purrazzo and I'm glad she was on offense for almost all of it. I've always enjoyed her work, but I hope she lives to the hype and doesn't disappoint like Tenille Dashwood did when she was brought in a year ago. Jordynne Grace attempted to get her hands on Purrazzo afterward, but Purrazzo ran off before she could.
