Becky Lynch and Damage CTRL BrawledLynch's return was one of the top takeaways from the weekend, so opening Raw with her made total sense. It also makes sense to have her feud with Damage CTRL since they put her on the shelf in storyline over the summer, not to mention it's a non-title feud and WWE needs more of those with the women. Damage CTRL have zero heat right now coming off their many losses, but the brawl in the arena concourse was well done. It's so great to have Lynch back to being a babyface for the first time in over a year since it's the role she's best in.

The Bunny def. Blair OnyxPenelope Ford is back to accompanying Bunny. They'll be losing tag team matches on Dynamite and Rampage in no time! I kid (but not really). I don't think I've seen a single memorable match from The Bunny in the near four years she's spent in AEW, so it was for the best that this was kept short and sweet. I'm not sure how much these wins mean for her if they're not amounting to anything, though.
Da Pope and JTG def. The Miserably Faithful (Gaagz The Gymp and Judais)Pope and JTG were on the same team on the Hard Times 3 pre-show, so them teaming wasn't completely random. They work well together, but what happened to JTG's team with Dirty Dango? Meanwhile, Miserably Faithful are terrible, so I'm glad the right team won here. I also appreciated that they largely kept the silly shenanigans to a minimum. They're telling a story with Gaagz taking another loss and the rest of Miserably Faithful being frustrated at him, but I wish the whole faction would disband.
Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair, Asuka, Alexa Bliss, Mia Yim and Becky Lynch def. Rhea Ripley, Nikki Cross and Damage CTRL (Bayley and WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Dakota Kai and IYO SKY) in a WarGames MatchThis followed the same formula as most WarGames matches we've seen in recent years (specifically the women's ones) where they rely a little too heavily on the weapons. A few chairs and tables here and there is fine, but when they start bringing ladders and kendo sticks into the mix, it gets a bit ridiculous. All in all, this was entertaining, though the crowd didn't really come alive until Lynch entered the fray at the end. I thought the heels had to win in order for Damage CTRL to salvage some of their credibility, but alas, they lost again. I'm not sure how Damage CTRL can possibly be taken seriously coming out of this.
Xyon Quinn def. Tank LedgerQuinn continues to spin his wheels on Level Up and I don't see that changing any time soon. As for Ledger, I'm loving his energy and believe he has a ton of potential if he can develop his skills some more. He once again had a solid showing for himself in this match before Quinn picked up the victory as he should have. They made the most of the time they had and worked a more hard-hitting style than we're typically used to seeing on this show.
