Pre-Show: Ryohei Oiwa vs. Boltin Oleg in an Exhibition Ended in a Time-Limit DrawI'm not familiar with Oiwa or Oleg in the slightest, so there really isn't much I can say about this. It's important to note that it was an exhibition and not a formal match, so it was quite different than everything else on the show, and I assume it's what Oiwa and Oleg are known for. I don't know if this would have worked if it was any longer than it was, but so it was smart to keep it only three minutes long and to slot it on the pre-show. It was quick and harmless.

The Buy-In: Chaos (Hirooki Goto and Yoshi-Hashi) def. The Factory (QT Marshall and Aaron Solo)I'm sorry but The Factory had no business being on this show. Granted, it was the pre-show and they were there to do the honors for Goto and Yoshi-Hashi, but I can think of several other people from the AEW roster who weren't on this card who should have been instead of them. This was a technically fine match and the crowd gave Marshall good heat. Chaos winning was obviously the right call.
Pre-Show: Tomoaki Honma, Togi Makabe and Yuji Nagata def. Bullet Club (Bad Luck Fale, Gedo and Jado)The commentators mentioned that the three matches on the pre-show came together after what happened on Night 1. Most, if not all of these guys, were involved in the New Japan Ranbo and this just felt like an excuse to get them on the card for Night 2 because nothing in particular stood out about this bout. That isn't to say it was bad by any means, but it was fairly basic for the six or seven minutes it lasted.
Pre-Show: Minoru Suzuki, CIMA, Chase Owens and Toru Yano Were the Remaining Four Competitors in the New Japan Ranbo and Advanced to the KOPW Provisional Championship Match on Night 2I remember when New Japan Pro-Wrestling held last year's installment of the New Japan Ranbo for the KOPW Provisional Championship on the Wrestle Kingdom Night 1 pre-show and this was more of the same. I hardly follow the product, but from what I understand, it's largely been used as a comedy championship since then. With that said, Yano qualifying yet again wasn't surprising, especially after barely doing any thing. Suzuki, CIMA and Owens are all familiar faces to me and thus I was happy to see them advance as well. The rest of this was your typical Gauntlet match, but I was proud of myself for knowing who a majority of the competitors were.
