By Graham "GSM" Matthews In light of Valentine's Day today, we look back at WWE's most loving relationships from over the years. There have been many men who attempted win over the WWE Divas, often earning themselves the reputation of being a "pimp" (and no, I'm not talking about The Godfather). WWE named their "Ultimate Valentine" earlier today, and once the votes were cast, it was ultimately revealed that the poll was won by none other than Kane. Nicknamed "The Big Red Love Machine," Kane has been stealing the hearts of women for almost all of his WWE career. Shortly after debuting in WWE, Kane found his first love interest in Tori, but not even the former WWE champion could prevent from being stabbed in the back by his "best friend" X-Pac, who Tori cheated with. It happens to the best of us, right?

By Graham "GSM" Matthews The start of every new year is a time to making resolutions (seriously, who keeps those anyway?), but it's also a time to start making bold predictions for what the year will have in store! Of course, the landscape of WWE is ever-changing, and to try to tell the future is near impossible. However, it's always fun to at least make an attempt. The year of 2016 is already off to a strong start with one of the best Royal Rumble matches om recent memory, Triple H capturing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship for the 14th time, and AJ Styles debuting WWE. Had you told me any of that would happen even a few short months ago, I likely would have called you crazy. Those events are obviously a sign that we should expect the unexpected in 2016, and that it will be a year of epic proportions. And how could it not be if these ten things were to happen? Report: Anoa'i Family Threatens to Riot TLC If Roman Reigns Doesn't Win WWE Title (Satire)12/12/2015 By Graham "GSM" Matthews Coming off the danger of ISIS looming over last month's Survivor Series pay-per-view, WWE now faces another threat at Sunday's TLC event, this time in the form of the legendary Anoa'i family. At TLC, Roman Reigns is set to contend for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Sheamus in the main event. More pressure is on the multi-generational star than you might think, because if he fails to ascend the ladder and regain the gold, it's been heavily rumored that unnamed members of the Anao'i family will riot the arena. According to a reliable source within WWE, death threats were sent in immediately following Reigns' loss of the title at Survivor Series. Although whoever wrote them wished to remain anonymous, the origins of the emails were traced back to Samoa, specifically the Anoa'i family stomping grounds. By Graham "GSM" Matthews With TNA's Bound for Glory pay-per-view this weekend, rumors have been running rampant in the wrestling world that TNA officials are looking to make the show as grand as possible in attempt to bring back the hundreds of thousands of viewers they lost upon their move to Destination America network earlier this year. To do this, they have contemplated bringing in a major free agent to make a surprise appearance at the event. Wrestling fans have speculated that it could be anyone from Rey Mysterio to Goldberg, but according to a credible source from within the organization, TNA is determined to sign WWE's Adam Rose (i.e. Ray Leppan) to a deal. It was Leppan who actually approached TNA about coming over, and because he was fresh off his run on WWE Superstars, they felt he was a "must have." Of course, this would be a breach of his contract with World Wrestling Entertainment, but that didn't stop TNA from having Hernandez appear on their show despite still being with Lucha Underground earlier this year. Besides, who reads contracts anymore? David Otunga Granted JTG's Old Ironclad Contract, Will Remain with WWE Until 2050 (Satire)5/29/2015 By Graham "GSM" Matthews SATIRE -- Last June, the wrestling world was shaken to its very core when JTG's (real name Jayson Paul) near eight year tenure with World Wrestling Entertainment came to an end. He was released along with Yoshi Tatsu, Curt Hawkins, Aksana and a bunch of others who fans were unaware were still on the roster. For a long while, it was rumored that he was signed to a deal that stated he couldn't be released until someone more deserving (or in this case, a more useless wrestler) of the contract came along. It was confirmed by a source that wished to remained nameless that this was true, and that his heir to the throne was none other than David Otunga. JTG, for the many years he was in WWE for, was notorious for being a glorified waste of space on the roster. He remained hidden, and due to that, he survived countless cuts when others such as Drew McIntyre, Evan Bourne and Brodus Clay were fired instead. Having not competed on WWE programming for as long as R-Truth has been irrelevant, his job was secure. That was, however, until he decided to show up at catering one day, was spotted by one of the Superstars, and made the mistake of picking up his phone the following day when he was called of his release. |
