Gisele Shaw and NWA World Women's Champion Natalia Markova def. NWA Women's Television Champion Tiffany Nieves and GrettaMarkova previously defeated Shaw to retain her NWA World Women's Championship, so it's cool that they were a tandem here. TVMA is no more after Nieves booted Valentina Rossi from the faction, so Gretta stepped up to team with her. This was a decent match, and with Shaw pinning Nieves, I have to assume she'll be next in line for a shot at the NWA Women's Television Championship. NWA Junior Heavyweight Champion Spencer Slade def. Damian Fenrir (Non-Title)Fenrir has been getting some reps on Powerrr as of late and has even won a match here and there, so this didn't feel like had such a foregone conclusion. It was possible for Fenrir to win so he could challenge for the NWA Junior Heavyweight Championship eventually, but that obviously didn't end up being the case. Fenrir had a solid showing and was made to look credible in defeat, which was key. NWA United States Tag Team Champions The Slime Ballz def. Jack and EddieNo clue who Jack and Eddie are and what the hell they did to deserve this opportunity at the NWA United States Tag Team Championship, but unlike the other matches on this show, the outcome to this contest was pretty obvious. Slime Ballz have beaten actual competition before, so it was weird they had to resort to facing two guys who I don't believe have ever been on Powerrr before, but at least the match itself was what it needed to be. Kenzie Paige def. Teal PiperI hope Piper continues to get chances to show what she can do in the NWA because she's been a nice fit in the division so far. As a former NWA World Women's Champion, Paige is the perfect person for her to be working with, too. There wasn't anything out of the ordinary about this bout, but it was adequate. We'll see if this turns into anything more or if it was just a one-off between them. Carson Bartholomew Drake and NWA Chicago Tag Team Champions The Hard Way Interrupted Colby CorinoAs I've said before, Corino coming out and constantly getting interrupted has gotten old. I'm happy the guy is recovering well from his neck surgery, but it's not going to mean as much when he finally steps in the ring again because he hasn't really gone away at all. Drake basically called out Silas Mason, so he still has his sights set on the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. El Dragon Nihan and Wrecking Ball Legursky def. Mims and Da PopeNihan and Mims have gone to war twice before one-on-one, so this was an extension of that feud. Mims and Pope teamed up for a change and worked well together as partners, but I was surprised they lost. If the idea is for Pope to help build Mims back up, he's not doing a very good job. As for the match, it was an okay main event, but it was too short and felt rushed as a result. Overall ShowPersonally, I'm not a fan of these shows where there's too many matches and segments and nothing stands out. One title was defended, but that was the only match of any real importance on the episode, and even that was fairly forgettable. On the whole, this was a below-average edition of Powerrr but not bad by any means. The Immortals defending the NWA World Tag Team Championship against The Country Gentlemen was among the matchups advertised for next week.
