The Holy Grail def. Cam Fox and Kai PriceTeam Exodus Pro, represented by EC3 and Pretty Boy Smooth, are now going by The Holy Grail. It was mentioned that Fox and Price were trained in the Hart Dungeon, which gave them some credibility despite being new to NWA viewers. They put up a bit of a fight, but this was a fairly straightforward win for Holy Grail otherwise. Post-match, EC3 cut a bit of a vague promo that all but confirmed that he and Smooth are firmly focused on becoming NWA World Tag Team Champions. NWA Junior Heavyweight Champion and NWA United States Tag Team Champion Alex Taylor def. Luke KurtisKurtis has appeared on Powerrr a handful of times but has done nothing in the past that would convince you he had a legitimate shot of taking the title from Taylor here. They had a nice match that suffered from an obvious outcome. We heard from Rich Swann afterward who said he'll debut on next week's episode against Alex Misery with the winner getting the next shot at the NWA Junior Heavyweight Championship. The Country Gentlemen (CJ and AJ Cazana) def. Rewind SocietyCounty Gentlemen cut a pre-taped promo earlier in the show where they vowed to bounce back despite losing in the Crockett Cup, so that's what this all about. Similar to the opener, Rewind Society scored some offense, but Country Gentlemen dominated a majority of it. It's a shame their tag team finisher was botched not once but twice when they were attacking Rewind Society and the guys associated with the Paige sisters afterward. NWA Television Champion Bryan Idol def. Daisy KillI liked how this was built up as a big deal throughout the show and was positioned as the main event. I didn't expect him to lose in his first defense of the title, but I thought they had a quality contest for as long as this lasted with both guys having solid showings. Idol did say during his promo earlier in the show that his ultimate goal is cashing in on the Lucky 7 Rule and this was a fine first step in that direction. Overall ShowThis was a good edition of Powerrr and a definite improvement over last week's. There were still some squashed but not as many, and the two title matches were enjoyable for what they were. Swann's debut was notable, too (was this before he returned to TNA or is he able to do both?). In addition to his debut match, next week's episode will also feature Da Pope returning to the ring to take on Mims in non-title action.
