Jay Lethal def. Mason MaddenMxM Collection are still in possession of Sammy Guevara's ROH World Tag Team Championship belt after stealing it from him a week or two ago. Meanwhile, Lethal was back in Black Machismo mode as he was at Final Battle back in December. The crowd was fully behind Lethal throughout and it was a nice match for what it was. Honestly, Lethal may as well stick with the Black Machismo gimmick going forward because it's not like he's going to get much television time otherwise. Harley Cameron def. Billie StarkzCameron has gained an incredible fan following as of late and that's entirely due to her character work, but it's worth noting that she's improved in the ring from where she was a year ago as well. It was weird seeing her beat Starkz, a former ROH Women's World Television Champion and number one contender to the ROH Women's World Championship, but Cameron is challenging for the AEW TBS Championship at Grand Slam: Australia, so the outcome was logical. The match itself was fine. AEW International Champion and NEVER Openweight Champion Konosukte Takeshita def. "Dynamite Kid" Tommy Billington in an AEW International Championship Eliminator MatchThis was a rematch from last summer. Takeshita is now a double champion and thus there was zero chance Billington was going to defeat him, but despite that, they had the well-wrestled match they're capable of with Billington looking credible in defeat. Takeshita will team with Kyle Fletcher to take on Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay at Grand Slam: Australia, so this was essentially a showcase for him before then. The Outrunners def. Grizzled Young VeteransThe Outrunners were one of the first teams Grizzled Young Veterans knocked off when they arrived in AEW last year, but that was when Grizzled Young Veterans were in the process of being pushed and The Outrunners were still an enhancement team. Obviously, a lot has changed since then, so it made sense for The Outrunners to avenge that loss. This was fun while it lasted. Ricochet def. SerpenticoThis lasted a little longer than it should have considering how low on the totem pole Serpentico is, but this was all about Ricochet getting over his heel persona and playing with the crowd, so from that standpoint, this was good stuff and Serpentico played his role well. This is easily the most entertaining Ricochet has been in ages, if not ever. Plus, it was cool to see him in Ring of Honor for the first time (I believe he wrestled some ROH dark matches years ago but never on television). ROH World Television Champion Komander def. Nick WayneWayne is definitely a bigger star than Komander simply based on how Wayne is portrayed on AEW TV compared to Komander, so this felt like an actual challenge for Komander where the outcome was legitimately in doubt. They worked really well together and had a quality main event. Compared to who Komander has beaten in the past on ROH TV, this was a big win for him. Overall ShowThese matches were taped on the Jericho Cruise, which was pretty sweet. AEW taped television on the Jericho Cruise during its first year, but I don't think ROH TV was ever taped there before now. For the unique atmosphere alone, this show was worthwhile, even if nothing super significant happened. We got some quality action and the ROH World Television Championship was defended in the main event, so I have no complaints.
