Mina Shirakawa def. Leila GreyI don't know if it's been officially announced by AEW, but I know it was reported not too long ago that Shirakawa has signed with AEW full-time. Hopefully she won't be permanently relegated to Ring of Honor as she belongs on AEW TV. This was a well-worked opener. Grey recently expressed interest in taking part in the ROH Women's Pure Championship Tournament, so while it was weird to follow that up with a loss for her, Shirakawa winning was the correct outcome. Johnny TV and MxM Collection def. Allen Russell, Kameron Russell and Rosario GrilloI have no idea why this needed to last as long as it did other than to kill television time considering Johnny and MxM Collection faced three jobbers. This should have been two or three minutes max, but I guess it was supposed to serve as a showcase for the trio before they get yet another shot at either the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship or the ROH World Tag Team Championship for some reason. ROH Women's World Television Champion Red Velvet def. La CatalinaI'm genuinely shocked this didn't close the show seeing as how it was far more important than the tag team match. Then again, Tony Khan is apparently infatuated with The Frat House and Spanish Announce Project, so I probably should've seen this coming. Nonetheless, this was a nice match from these two. The quality of Velvet's matches usually depends on who she's working with and Catalina is better than she is. I appreciated that this had something of a story and wasn't just random. The Frat House (Cole Karter and Griff Garrison) def. Spanish Announce ProjectKarter and Garrison spent many months feuding with Spanish Announce Project, and no, it's not any different now that they're a part of Frat House. They're two enhancement teams that have no business being in the main event. The match itself was whatever and I imagine the only reason it went on last was because Bandido made the save for Spanish Announce Project afterward. Does the ROH roster lack so much depth that Bandido has to feud with Frat House? Overall ShowOn one hand, ROH TV is far from must-see and I really can't recommend that you go out of your way to watch these shows. On the other hand, they're finally making these episodes shorter and thus I can't complain about the 45-minute runtime. The ROH Women's World Television Championship match was the only thing of note on this edition as the rest was inconsequential. Supercard of Honor is no longer happening this weekend as I thought it was, which is probably for the best since they announced nothing for the card and it would have been a bunch of matches thrown together at the last minute.
