Jordan Oliver and Alec Price def. Spanish Announce ProjectI loved that we got to hear from Oliver and Price backstage beforehand. It was a really good promo I thought, too. Plus, they won! Hopefully this is the start of a trend for them and not just a one-off. Of course, beating Spanish Announce Project doesn't mean much, but it's better than them beating two enhancement talents. Post-match, The Lethal Twist laid them out before Blake Christian cut a promo addressing Bandido ahead of their ROH World Championship clash at Supercard of Honor. Lance Archer def. Trip JordyArcher went back to his old shtick of carrying his opponent to the ring with him. It was cute years ago, but we've seen it a million times before and nothing ever changes with him. He's a part of The Don Callis Back, so there's that, but he's basically a background player in the group. All of that to say, I have no idea what purpose matches like this are supposed to serve. Thankfully, it was short and sweet. ROH Women's Pure Champion Deonna Purrazzo def. Haven Harris in an ROH Women's Pure Championship Proving Ground MatchPurrazzo continues to be the perfect person to be holding that ROH Women's Pure Championship, even though she hasn't been given much of note to do since becoming champ at Final Battle back in December. Sure, she's been feuding with Athena's crew, but I can't say that's been terribly interesting. This was essentially a warm-up match for her before she defends against Diamante on Friday night. Evil Uno def. Vaughn VertigoIs anyone clamoring to see Uno in singles action in 2026, at least on AEW TV or ROH TV? It would be one thing if he was being built up for an opportunity on his own, but there's been no indication that's the case. Therefore, this was a meaningless match. It wasn't bad or anything, but this short show could have been even shorter if time wasn't wasted on stuff like this. Satnam Singh def. Nick Ruiz and Dave Dutra in a 2-on-1 Handicap MatchThe pointless Satnam Singh squashes continue. Now he's beating two people at once. What a crazy concept, I know. I'd put this in the same category as Uno's match in that it felt inconsequential on an episode airing three days before a pay-per-view he isn't on (to my knowledge, anyway). It'd be wonderful if they start doing something significant with Singh, even if he was back to being a heavy for someone else or a team like he was with Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett. ROH World Television Champion Nick Wayne, Kip Sabian and The Lethal Twist (Jay Lethal, Blake Christian and Lee Johnson) def. Michael Oku, AR Fox, Mascara Dorada, Mistico and El PhantasmoThis was Ring of Honor's version of an "All-Star" 10-man tag team match, and it was excellent timing with Supercard of Honor coming up on Friday. Granted, most of these guys have nothing to do with each other at the moment, but the action was entertaining enough that I didn't mind. Wayne was the only champion involved, so it made the most sense for him to pick up the victory for his team. Overall ShowIt was nice to see an edition of ROH TV taped in front of an AEW crowd again instead of at the Jacksonville venue, which has had a lousy atmosphere since they started taping there. This felt more lively as a result, not to mention that it was much shorter than most episodes we've gotten on Thursdays lately. That said, the only match worth seeking out was the main event. Everything else was pretty paint-by-numbers stuff, though I did appreciate the promo from Christian after the opener.
