The WWE has come to having two or three main event level guys, the rest midcard to lower midcard. The WWE has failed on both the men and women to utilize the talent correctly and develop an actual midcard full of people the audience actually cares about. With the Even Steven booking no one gets over hence no one cares about 2/3s of Monday Night Raw. Here are 5 Superstars/Divas who need to be utilized better.

1. Rusev

Wow Rusev has fallen from a top heel in the company to a love puppy that can’t be taken seriously or win a match with meaning. He was involved in that terrible feud in the summer so luckily that is over. I don’t mind how he wants to show affection to Lana but make him a two-persona character. He could be like Festus besides being mentally challenged out of the ring in a sense he’s a monster in the ring and shows nothing but love to Lana outside of the ring. I like how he is in the League of Nations but the guy has been a loser for months. If the WWE built him up as a credible heel the League of Nations would be better than 4 losers from foreign countries.

2. Sasha Banks

When Sasha debuted on Raw a few months back the crowd was drooling over the boss. She has all the skills to be a big star in the divas division and was a part of Team B.A.D. Four months have gone by and she still is in the group. Sasha hasn’t been pinned since her debut but she has barely been on television in the past two months. I know you can’t push everyone but put her in a feud with another Diva like Becky Lynch or Brie Bella to fight for the #1 contendership. Give me a reason to care, Vince!!

3. Becky Lynch

Another Diva that had high hopes when called up to the main roster has floundered as well. The Lass Kicker has done next to nothing since debuting on Raw and now has been lost in the shuffle. She was teasing a feud with Charlotte but they seemed to drop that after a week and now wasn’t on last night's Raw. Have her feud with Sasha Banks or Brie Bella for #1 Contendership would be a great way to utilize her rather then a tag team match that we have seen 100 times.

4. Kalisto

Yes, people, I know he is in the Lucha Dragons and getting a tag team title shot at TLC but he can easily break out on a singles run. He is exciting in the ring and can speak English and Spanish. Pairing him with Sin Cara has been okay but Sin Cara is so damaged that the crowd could give two craps about him. The money in Kalisto is as a singles competitor which would be better than having the 38 Alberto El Patron back in the WWE.

5. Neville

People who know me will say “RJ you say every week how Neville is bad and a loser!!” but, he is a good wrestler. On the mic, he is atrocious but he could be utilized better. I don’t hate Neville his booking is just putrid. I get when he debuted have him lose in great matches would come off as looking good in defeat but when you lose to Stardust and King Barrett who are losers as well you look like a loser yourself. He has good matches just no good feuds. The Stardust one if booked better would have been more amusing but both guys were losing weekly so no one cared. As a mid card level talent the sky is high for Neville but the WWE will probably fail to utilize him correctly.
