Bear Bronson Won a TNA World Championship No. 1 Contender's 20-Man Battle RoyalThis was a fairly basic Battle Royal and it didn't help that it lacked a lot of big names, so I wasn't overly interested in whoever won. I assume that's because no one actually believes Frankie Kazarian will drop the TNA World Championship before he faces Mike Santana at Genesis, but I do like giving an opportunity to a new guy like Bronson. Hopefully he makes the most of it as a strong showing can set the tone for the rest of his run in TNA. Angel Warriors def. Mila Moore and Tessa BlanchardI guess Moore, Blanchard and Victoria Crawford are all interchangeable as partners because Moore was back here with them despite not being in their corner at Final Resolution (if I'm remembering correctly). Nonetheless, I'm glad Angel Warriors are still a thing even with Lei Ying Lee now TNA Knockouts World Champion. The match was well worked, though I'm not sure what purpose it was supposed to serve unless Angel Warriors are headed for a shot at the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship. Elijah Performed Before Being Interrupted and Attacked by Order 4Elijah's concert wasn't bad at all. In fact, it was honestly pretty enjoyable for what it was before Order 4 interrupted, which was logical after what he did to Mustafa Ali at Final Resolution. This was an easy way to put heat back on the group following their loss to The Rascalz at the event. I assume we get Elijah vs. Ali at Genesis, but it's possible they have their first match before then. Team TNA (Mike Santana, Steve Maclin, Santino Marella and TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardys) def. Team NXT (Brooks Jensen, Lexis King, Tyson Dupont, Tyriek Igwe and TNA International Champion Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo) in a Steel Cage MatchAfter already getting two Blood and Guts matches last month as well as two WarGames matches, the last thing I needed to see was another massive tag team cage match, especially one that paled in comparison to those. This was a solid main event, but the intervals were too quick and nothing had a chance to sink in. At least TNA finally got one over on NXT for a change. Arianna Grace betraying her dad Santino afterward felt bigger than the matchup itself. Overall ShowThis show was all about the Battle Royal and the Steel Cage main event. Neither match was must-see by any means, but both were built up to be big deals, so it made for a somewhat eventful episode. The stuff in the middle was whatever, but the key was that they built toward several matches that will be coming up in the new year. I believe the only match advertised for next week was a Christmas Surprise 10-person tag team match, in addition to the 2025 year-end awards.
