Indi Hartwell def. TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champion Heather by EleganceHartwell and Xia Brookside just failed to win the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship from The Elegance Brand at No Surrender, so this was a logical way for Hartwell to bounce back. I assume this means she isn't done with the tag titles, but time will tell. It feels like Hartwell loses more often than she wins, so this was a necessary victory for her. The match itself was decent. The Nemeths Interrupted TNA World Champion Mike Santana and TNA X-Division Champion Leon SlaterThis would have made more sense before No Surrender to explain why Santana and Slater would face Nic Nemeth and Eddie Edwards, but I understand Santana couldn't appear any earlier than the event. It was a perfectly passable segment, but Daria Rae saying that the expected tag team match wouldn't be happening on this show ended it on a flat note. Also, Nic teaming with Ryan Nemeth instead of Edwards against the same two people would be a downgrade. TNA International Champion Trey Miguel def. Channing "Stacks" LorenzoArianna Grace explained her actions from No Surrender beforehand. I thought she cut a fine promo, but unfortunately, her main squeeze isn't interesting, so the quicker they can move on from him in the TNA International Championship picture (or any title picture, for that matter), the better. This was another average outing from them, but the outcome was the correct one. Jody Threat def. Tessa Blanchard by DisqualificationRealistically, Blanchard would defeat Threat with ease, but with Threat being the number one contender to the TNA Knockouts World Championship at the moment, I get wanting to make this more competitive. Threat straight-up beating Blanchard would've been stupid, so I had no issue with them going with the non-finish. The match was okay. Harley Hudson and Myla Grace making the save for Threat afterward sets up a six-woman tag team matchup before Threat challenges Grace. Sinner & Saint def. B.D.E. and Rich SwannB.D.E. and Swann make for a hell of a team. I guess this means B.D.E.'s issues with Eric Young are already over? I can't complain about this being the new role for him for a while, though. This was a fun match and I'm actually glad Sinner & Saint went over considering they're a true tandem and are in the midst of being built back up. There's still work to do, but they're off to a good start. Mara Sade Confronted Elayna BlackBlack is skilled in the ring, but talking is really her strong suit, so this was a nice opportunity for her to show what she can do on the mic. I thought she and Sade did well here and furthered their feud effectively. I'm sure this will lead to a match at Sacrifice next month. I appreciate there being a storyline in the women's division that isn't over a title, not to mention it will keep both women busy for a bit. Elijah def. Mustafa Ali in a Guitar Case Casket MatchSure, a guitar case casket is a goofy concept, but it fit this feud and it wasn't a goofy match by any means. It had interference from Order 4, but I'd argue it added to the bout since it made it more unpredictable as to whether Elijah would win or not. It was an entertaining main event and Elijah's decisive victory should ideally put their rivalry to rest. Ali's awesome and elevates everything he's involved in. Overall ShowAwful premiere aside, iMPACT!'s quality has been fairly consistent over the last month and this was another enjoyable episode on the whole. It followed up on No Surrender and began to plant the seeds for Sacrifice, which isn't until the end of March. Not much stood out other than the main event, but it was a rock-solid show with a welcome balance of promos and wrestling.
