Latest Update on Day of Darkness IV

The card for the upcoming Day of Darkness IV event has been changed numerous times over the last few months, and is still subject to change over the next few weeks. However, most matches have been set in stone:

-Billy Deadman will defend his World Championship against Karange. It was originally discussed having Deadman face Jackson in a rematch from last year, but was eventually scratched.

-Jackson Mirmina will instead face Goldberg in a dream match. Goldberg vs. Karnage for the World title was orignally planned, but due to Deadman's match being changed, the opponents were switched.

-There has been much speculation among the Divas as to how they will participate. Turning Esposito heel has been rumored, but instead Lita will turn to set up a multi-Divas tag team match at the event.

-A Fatal Four Way Tag Team Match featuring SSX, British Brawlers, La Resistance, and Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas was also planned. As of now, La Resistance has since been pulled from the card.

-Due to Daniels' departure from NEW, his place in a United States Championship against Johnny Omega will be replaced by MVP.

-GSM was originally supposed to win the NEW title at Day of Darkness, but will defend against Bernie Batista instead.

-The spots in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match have changed multiple times.

-Grim, Big Daddy V, Heidenreich will take part in some sort of match together in some form, possibly involving Bobby Lashley.
