 By Graham "GSM" Matthews I am extremely excited to announce that my annual Royal Rumble Game will be returning this year! I had a lot of fun hosting it last year and figured I would bring it back. For anyone unaware of the concept of the game, here it is: You pick a number 1 through 30. Only one person can be assigned to a number, so spots are limited. Whoever draws that number in the Royal Rumble match later this month is your favorite wrestler until next year's Royal Rumble event! Since 17 is my favorite number, I drew that last year and got THE GODFATHER, which was awesome! So, you'll never know who you'll get and it's fun to participate! You won't be FORCED to like the individual you draw, but it would be nice to stick with the rules and try it out. Besides, naming a new wrestler your favorite for a year might actually make you like him more (or you might get lucky and draw someone who already is your favorite). Now comes the million dollar question: HOW and WHEN will you be able to draw a number? Last year, people drew numbers and tweeted me with what number they wanted when my radio show SAVE US GSM was going on live, but since WrestleRant Radio doesn't return until after the Rumble this year, that isn't an option. And, since not everybody has a Facebook/Twitter account, you will have to be the first one to leave a comment on this blog post with a number that has not already been chosen along with your name and/or Twitter handle so I can get in contact with you. Since spots are limited, you will have to act fast. Even if you don't get to officially participate, you can still play along at home!
The date the drawing of the numbers will be going down will be Friday, January 17 at 10 p.m. ET! Thanks and hope to see you participate in the game! UPDATE: All the numbers have since been claimed, and thus the comments section is now closed. The official roster is as follows...
