Nathan Frazer def. Sha SamuelsSamuels cost Frazer his match against Noam Dar a few weeks ago on the show, so this was Frazer's chance at redemption. He's been all smiles so far in NXT UK, so I liked how the loss to Dar was what led to him getting more aggressive. It worked as, despite a solid effort from Samuels and outside interference from Dar, Frazer was able to pick up the victory. It was a quality opener with Frazer getting back to his winning ways.

Ricochet def. Mustafa Ali in a 2-Out-of-3 Falls MatchYes, we got a two-out-of-three falls match on Main Event. No, you aren't seeing things. I'm so happy WWE actually chose to continue this feud following their last three encounters. I was worried it wouldn't get a proper pay-off because Ricochet has been on Raw recently feuding with Sheamus, so it's great we got it here. It wasn't as fast-paced as I was expecting early on, but it didn't need to be given how much time they had to fill. I thought the first two falls ending in a count-out win for Ali and then a disqualification win for Ricochet were lame, but the third fall was great and the finish looked fantastic. This was the usual excellent work from these two. As noted, Ricochet has found himself back on Raw, so hopefully Ali isn't too far behind.
#AskGSM is a weekly Q&A video where I, Graham "GSM" Matthews, answer fan questions from Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in regards to the world of wrestling. Nothing is off limits, and this week's edition touches upon a variety of topics including:
Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart def. NXT Women's Champion Raquel Gonzalez and Dakota KaiThese teams have had a pair of great matches in recent months: one at TakeOver: Vengeance Day and another a few weeks later when Moon and Blackheart beat Gonzalez and Kai to win the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship. This was another above-average encounter with all four women putting in the effort. The babyfaces winning was the better call as the heels would've gained nothing from the victory, as them vs. The Way would be an odd matchup in terms of the dynamic. Maybe they'll still get there, but this keeps things interesting and possibly sets up Gonzalez against Moon or possibly Blackheart for TakeOver: In Your House. I thought we'd get Gonzalez vs. Kai at that event, but it looks like they're holding off on that for now thankfully.
