La Faccion Ingobernable (Preston Vance and Dralistico) def. Mark Wheeler and Vikram PrasharI believe Rush is going to be inactive for a bit, so I'm all for Vance and Dralistico being built up as a threat in the tag team division in the meantime. They work well together but need to team more consistently. This was a pretty standard showcase for them to establish what they can do. It wasn't the most exciting way to start the show (I would've swapped this with The Righteous vs. The Dark Order), but it was what it needed to be.

Katana Chance def. EmmaChance and Kayden Carter typically team up and aren't often in singles competition, so this gave Chance, well, a chance to show what she can do on her own against an experienced talent. They had a nice little match and Chance's innovative offense is always a treat to watch, though not all of it looked entirely smooth (specifically her finisher). I remain puzzled why WWE doesn't do more with Emma or her heel pairing with Riddick Moss. They were on SmackDown for a while together but have barely been featured on WWE TV since moving to Raw.
Jon Moxley def. Tomohiro IshiiI was surprised Moxley didn't bleed during the 10-man tag team match at Forbidden Door, but he did make up for it here by getting color halfway through. I never saw their original encounter from a few years ago, but this was the hard-hitting, highly physical affair I'd expect from them. I appreciated that Ishii was made to look credible in defeat and was able to show non-NJPW fans what he's capable of.
#AskGSM is a weekly Q&A video where I, Graham "GSM" Matthews (and special guest Alexis DiGiacomo), answer fan questions from Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in regards to the world of wrestling. Nothing is off limits, and this week's edition touches upon a variety of topics including:
NXT Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton def. Thea HailGiven the level of inexperience of these two, I was impressed by how solid this match was. Granted, it wasn't a barn burner by any means, but both women held their own and I liked their dynamic. Hail was made to look credible in defeat and hopefully she'll get more title opportunities down the road. Drew Gulak and Charlie Dempsey wanted her to cheat and she refused, which led to her loss. Andre Chase returned afterward to save Duke Hudson from them, so that tag team match is clearly coming.
