Aoife Valkyrie def. Jinny in a No Disqualification MatchJoseph Conners was locked in a cage for this one, though the cage was by the entranceway and not hanging high above the ring. Any time WWE or NXT has used a cage in the past, the person has always found a way to interfere anyway, so I'm glad that didn't happen here. Rather, we were treated to an absolute war between these two. Seriously, Valkyrie was beating the hell out of Jinny with a lot of those chair shots, and you could hear them even better with no one in the building. This was a brutal bout. Valkyrie avenges her loss, gives Jinny her comeuppance, and hopefully moves on to the NXT UK Women's Championship picture.

Jeff Hardy def. Shelton BenjaminThat pop for Hardy when his music hit was one of the loudest I've ever heard on this show. Good lord. Him beating Karrion Kross last month was dumb, but I do want to see him get a meaningful singles push on Raw again. Until then, it was cool to see him and Benjamin run it back after the many matches they had back in the day and even a few years ago on SmackDown. This was fun stuff and the quality contest you'd expect from them given their chemistry. This would have been perfect for Raw, but, you know, they just had to get Logan Paul on the show...
With Adam Cole's contract with WWE set to expire this Friday, rumors about his eventual whereabouts have been floating around, making him once again among the top talked about wrestlers in the industry. Thanks to a few hints and teases left by the AEW roster, and Cole himself, there may now be legitimate reason to believe he will be AEW's next biggest signee.
Also, before we move forward with the list, please note that this is NOT necessarily ranked in order and with that in mind there is plenty to be hopeful about to see if this does actually come to fruition. So, from a Bullet Club revival in AEW, to The Young Bucks and more tag team glory there is much to be expected and excited about even if it's still a fantasy at this point. So, without further ado, here is the list.. Orange Cassidy def. Matt HardyI was pleasantly surprised that neither guy had anyone at ringside. Best Friends vs. the H.F.O. has been the last faction feud I haven't two given two craps about, so I'm glad it was a straight-up singles match here. Hardy probably be wrestling as regularly as he has been lately (shouldn't he be more of a manager at this point?), but I thought he looked good here and it was a quality contest. With the babyface winning clean, I see no reason for this rivalry to continue.
