AR Fox def. Nick ComorotoYes, Comoroto is still on the AEW roster. The Factory broke up and it left Comoroto with a bad gimmick and nowhere to go. He isn't awful in the ring by any means, but I no longer see him as a future star because he's been spinning his wheels for so long. Fox, on the other hand, absolutely can be a future star because he's that good. They had a nice opener and Fox winning was obviously the right result.

Axiom Won a Battle Royal to Qualify for the NXT North American Championship Fatal 5-Way Match at Stand & DeliverThis was every Battle Royal you've ever seen, and if you've been paying attention to Axiom's interactions with Wes Lee backstage, you knew he was winning this thing. They told a few stories, but this wasn't anything out of the ordinary otherwise. I did like that it came down to Axiom and Nathan Frazer given their history from the fall. I'd love to see Frazer get more of a push coming out of Stand & Deliver now that he's returned from injury.
Microman def. Real1This was more of an angle than an actual match. I didn't care much for this coming into this episode, but Microman is over with this audience and Real1 gets a ton of heat, so it was a logical match to do. Real1 spent most of the time talking and bullying Microman, only for Mance Warner to get involved and aid Microman to victory. The best thing I can say about it was that it was kept on the shorter side and didn't overstay its welcome.
Damage CTRL Interrupted Trish Stratus and WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Becky Lynch and Lita on Miz TV Hosted by The Miz; Lynch def. IYO SKYIt was refreshing to not have Miz interacting with Seth Rollins for one week. Instead, he hosted Miz TV with Stratus, Lita and Lynch, which merely served as a backdrop for their exchange with Damage CTRL. Bayley and Lynch did a majority of the talking. Lynch mentioning that Damage CTRL have done nothing since SummerSlam and that this rivalry needs to end was a shoot, brother. I'm convinced at this point that Damage CTRL will win at WrestleMania 39, possibly with an assist from a newly-turned Stratus. The subsequent Lynch vs. SKY match was very good and a reminder of what SKY is capable of. In a perfect world, Damage CTRL would lose at 'Mania and SKY would move into singles competition, but as noted, I'm not expecting that.
Ari Daivari and Tony Nese def. Lane Summers and Campbell MyersI have no idea why Daivari and Nese continue to team if they have their own teams/factions. Just merge the groups together or have them ditch their current partners. They work well together (because of their years of teaming in WWE), so that's no an issue. I just don't know what purpose these matches are supposed to serve. This was fine but was hardly the hottest opener for this episode.
