FTW Champion Brian Cage def. "Hangman" Adam Page (Non-Title)Page beat Ricky Starks in last week's opener, so it made sense for another Team Taz member to be his next opponent. Page has been rolling in singles matches for months, so I was surprised as anyone that he lost clean here. Technically, Cage brutalized Page beforehand, but he still dominated a majority of the match and won without any inference. It was an entertaining opener and, personally, I didn't have an issue with the outcome. If Page isn't getting the next shot at the AEW World Championship, it makes sense to knock him down in the rankings a spot or two until that time comes. Plus, Team Taz desperately needed a notable win and this was it.

#AskGSM is a weekly Q&A video where I, Graham "GSM" Matthews, answer fan questions from Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in regards to the world of wrestling. Nothing is off limits, and this week's edition touches upon a variety of topics including:
Mercedes Martinez def. Dakota Kai by DisqualificationI don't know who is supposed to be the heel here because Kai and Martinez aren't showing any babyface tendencies. Raquel Gonzalez did for that one week, but then she threw Martinez into the barricade after this, so who knows. Otherwise, this was a solid opener from two of the best in NXT's women's division. Kai is a damn workhorse and it's nice to see Martinez back in the spotlight. The disqualification finish was disappointing, but I guess it prevented Kai from suffering a pinfall loss.
NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis Called Out Trevor MurdochThe weekly verbal exchanges between these two have become a recurring highlight on Powerrr. Aldis is excellent in his role and Murdoch has emerged as a strong babyface. Aldis said he'd consider granting Murdoch a rematch for the NWA National Championship, but you could tell Murdoch has his sights set on a bigger prize at this point. This segment set the stage for the six-man tag team main event where if Murdoch would get his title rematch if he won but would have to go home for 30 days if he lost.
The Acclaimed def. Fuego Del Sol and D3I'm not going to lie, Max Caster's raps are one of the few things I look forward to about the Dark shows. His material isn't always the best, but they're almost always entertaining. Having them start the show was a smart call as it got me hooked from the get-go. They had an enjoyable outing per usual against Fuego and D3. They already failed to beat The Young Bucks for the AEW World Tag Team Championship a few months ago, but I'm glad they're at least maintaining a presence in the tag team division.
