Pre-Show: Rhett Titus def. VSKApparently there was another pre-show match that saw The Country Gentlemen defeat Gold Rushhh, but the NWA's YouTube stream of the pre-show didn't include that and I don't have much of a desire to go out of my way to find it. As for Titus vs. VSK, it was a well-wrestled affair. Both guys are talented and the NWA has been a good landing spot for the former ROH World Television Champion. As for VSK, the dude is all over the place and continues to impress.

The Dark Order (John Silver, Alex Reynolds and Preston "10" Vance) def. House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King and Buddy Matthews)As you can tell in the above graphic, Vance was advertised as being in this match, but I swear there was a graphic that aired during Dynamite's Rampage rundown that showed Silver and Reynolds teaming with a mystery partner. I assume that was a mistake because I always assumed Vance was the third man if Evil Uno was unable to appear. Nonetheless, this was your standard six-man tag team match in AEW, which is to say they worked a fast pace and nothing really landed for me. It was good, don't get me wrong, but I'm probably spoiled by what we got in the main event of Wednesday's Dynamite. Dark Order winning wasn't a huge surprise since I figured Miro might factor into the finish, but I could've done without Reynolds pinning Black for the victory.
Malik Blade and Edris Enofe def. Bronco Nima and Lucien PriceBlade and Enofe continue to work really together as partners and have terrific chemistry. Both are impressive athletes, but Enofe brings the charisma. They've made the most of every opportunity they've gotten on NXT TV, so hopefully it isn't long before they appear again. This was a solid showcase for them and it had a nice pace. They continue to rack up wins, though they won't mean anything if they don't lead anywhere.
Ricochet def. Happy CorbinI thought for sure Corbin would avenge his loss to Ricochet from a few weeks ago, but I was pleasantly surprised that was not the case. I'd keep this Corbin losing streak going and slowly transition him back into Bumass Corbin or regular Baron Corbin (preferably the NXT version). This was a quality opener as they have nice chemistry together. We'll see if this translates to a renewed push for Ricochet or if the aftermath will be more about Corbin's fall from grace.
