Hey guys, sorry for the long delay (I'm a college student and started school again this week) So here we go for this week's edition which I am calling "The Rivalries edition"
The WWE is taking family matters to a whole new level and giving new meaning to the phrase "Airing out the dirty laundry". The angle they have taken with the Bella sisters is providing not only a much needed boost for Nikki into the Divas division, but it also gives the current Diva's Champion Paige a change to actually put her belt on the line and defend it (a problem they seem to be having with current United States Champion Sheamus). But it also pushes the rivalries in the Divas Division forward and could actually make it interesting.
The issues surrounding the new rivalry between Bo Dallas and Jack Swagger could escalate this new angle to new heights, especially considering the character Swagger is portraying as the "Patriot". I think it's actually a very smart move of WWE to tap into the current political situation going on in Russia and Ukraine and develop it into a new rivalry. I can't wait to see how that develops.
Speaking of escalations in hostilities, The Authority is showing everyone why they are in control. With Dean Ambrose out of the picture and The Bella twins feuding with each other, the only real and sensible thing left to do is ignite a new feud between Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns, who represents not only a major threat to Brock Lesnar (the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion) but also to Rollins (seeing as how Reigns really was the muscle of The Shield). If the WWE actually does bring those two into a new feud, it would vastly improve how often these two fight and it would provide new insight as to how dynamically different they are.
Finally, I think the WWE should also pay attention to the current situation with John Cena. Not only has the leader of the Cenation proven that he can fight through anything, he's also proven how ready he really is to fight Lesnar again.
Thanks all, have a great one.
