![]() By Greg Lowenthal Hey guys, this week's Lowdown will focus on the heated rivalry between Roman Reigns and the Authority. Both sides seem unwilling to back down in this war and it makes for great entertainment at a time when WWE seems to be losing fans from the seemingly stale Cena-Lesnar rivalry. The Authority is using every inch of its advantage that it has in its arsenal to try and keep both Dean Ambrose (Whose injury is actually faked as a way for him to shoot his new movie Lockdown) and Reigns down. But Regins seems more intent to just tear Seth Rollins apart without even caring who gets in his way. When you have a man like Reigns who is a powerhouse ready to eliminate anyone in his way, it provides an interesting angle for the WWE to finally explore just how well Rollins and Reigns perform as singles competitors. It also allows the WWE to investigate the full capabilities of this new rivalry angle. While the Cena-Lesnar angle is getting more interesting with Cena's newest outpouring of energy and emotions, it still seems like the WWE has yet to actually allow Rollins to cash in his MITB (Money in the Bank) Contract against the WWE World Champion. So if indeed Rollins finally does cash it in, that match will either become a Triple Threat match, or (barring Cena becomes champion at the end of the match) it will be a new angle between Lesnar and Rollins. So that's how I think this scenario will play out. In the next couple of days I will roll out my predictions for the Night of Champions PPV. Thanks guys and enjoy.
