NWA World Women's Champion Kamille def. Kaitlyn Alexis (Non-Title)This was Alexis' debut on NWA programming. It's worth noting that Kamille received a favorable reaction from the fans in attendance during her entrance and the match itself. Her mannerisms haven't changed much at all and she still acts like a heel during her promos, but it would make sense to turn her if the audience is embracing her. At any rate, this was a pretty standard showcase for her and a straightforward win to keep her rolling. Gaagz the Gimp def. KC Roxx and Jamie Stanley in a Three-Way MatchI still don't understand the Gaagz the Gimp crap at all. He debuted as a faction with James Mitchell, Judais and Sal Rinauro and there's been no follow-up since. Velvet Sky being all over it on commentary makes the gimmick even weirder. As a match, this was well worked and had a nice pace to it. I'm not sure what purpose it served, mind you, but it was fine. Gaagz winning was certainly questionable. I know nothing about Roxx and I would have rather seen him win. NWA National Champion Jax Dane def. Marshe RockettThis match has been in the works for a while on this show. I hope we can see more storyline advancement on this show, even if this "feud" hasn't been the most exciting due to it being heel vs. heel. This was a solid main event and Rockett had a good showing in defeat. I continue to enjoy Dane in the role of National champ and hopefully he can remain a mainstay on this show with that title as the focal point. Overall ShowI believe Dane vs. Rockett was the first major title match we've gotten on this show, so that was notable. The NWA Junior Heavyweight Championship may have been defended once by Homicide (I honestly can't remember because I often mix it up with Powerrr), but more National title matches would be appreciated. The other two matches were passable albeit forgettable. We also heard from BLK Jeez, Colby Corino and Thom Latimer, who said he had his sights set on the National title. There's no need to seek out this episode, but again, the emphasis on the National title has been better lately.
