One Year Later

Hey guys, James here. First of all, the only purpose of this article is to remind us all what happened nearly a year ago. One year ago, we saw Sheamus in the main event with Triple H, Jo Mo was in the Tag Division, Batista and Chris Jericho where Champions, Edge was being hyped as the Rumble winner and more.

The first match I want to look at is the 26 Man Battle Royal. I will not name 26 People in the match only the Winner. Yoshi Tatsu. Yoshi defined the odds beating 26 people. This ment a push for Yoshi? Right? Wrong. One year later he is a Pro on NXT and is not on the card to our knowing right now.

Next match, 10 Diva Tag Team Match. The winning team were Laycool, Vickie, Maryse and Alicia Fox. One Year Later, Vickie will be cheerleading for Laycool, Laycool will be in some 6 person match, Maryse and Alicia Fox are no where to be seen. Whats going on with the WWE Divas?

Next up, CM Punk and Rey Mysterio. Stipulations where high and this was booked as one of the four Main events at last year's Mania. One Year later, CM Punk is in a new Gimmick Group named Nexus and is going to face Randy Orton. This year Rey will be facing Cody Rhodes.

Next Match is Randy Orton vs Cody Rhodes vs Ted Dibiase. First off all lets look at the Winner, Randy Orton’s One year later. One year later he is facing CM Punk of the Nexus. Cody Rhodes is facing Rey and Ted’s been written of TV by Triple H.

Triple H and Sheamus is next. One year later for Triple H is a defining moment. Triple H will look to end Undertakers streak in an epic No Holds Barred match. Sheamus is now US Champion and King Of The Ring facing Daniel Bryan.

The tag team championships now. One year later for the Big Show, Show isn't on the card as we know so far. One year later for The Miz. The Miz will be defending the WWE Championship against John Cena. One Year later for R-Truth. He is on the line of next to be fired. Jo Mo is stuck in some dead end six-person match with Jersy Shore.

Money In The Bank now. One Year Later for Jack Swagger: he is going to be cheerleading for Michael Cole. One Year Later for Matt Hardy, MVP, Shelton Benjamin, well they're fired. Kane, Evan Bourne, Kofi Kingston, Drew Mclntyre and Christian aren't on the card and the Money in the Bank match has been written of the card.

Next match is for the World Heavyweight Championship. One Year Later for Edge: he is still in the World Championship scene but this time as champion as he is facing Alberto Del Rio.

Then we come back to one of the biggest grudge matches ever in the history of Mania. Bret Hart finally screws Vince McMahon. One Year Later for Bret Hart: he is fired by the RAW GM. One Year Later for Vince McMahon: well we hardly see him anymore.

WWE Championship now. One Year Later for John Cena, John is still in the same position as he is going into Mania looking for the WWE Title however he is involved in a 3 way feud with the Miz and The Rock. At WrestleMania 27, Cena will try to defeat his former enemy The Miz. One Year Later for Batista: he quit when John Cena broke his back by throwing him through the floor from the top of the car and then Bret Hart forced him to compete agaist Randy Orton. Because of this he quit.

Lastly the biggest match on last year's card, Undertaker vs HBK. One Year Later for The Undertaker: once again he will be defending his streak agaist the other half of DX, Triple H. (Next year he has to defend agaist Horswoggle to make it Undertaker 3 and DX – 0 Lol) One Year Later for Shawn Michaels. He was fired around a year ago because of losing this match however continues to cut promos about this years Mania match.

Last year, WWE gave us a 8.7 Card last year. This year they have given us the same. Mayby less. Theres only one major match on this card. Undertaker vs HHH.
