Report: Anoa'i Family Threatens to Riot TLC If Roman Reigns Doesn't Win WWE Title (Satire)12/12/2015 By Graham "GSM" Matthews Coming off the danger of ISIS looming over last month's Survivor Series pay-per-view, WWE now faces another threat at Sunday's TLC event, this time in the form of the legendary Anoa'i family. At TLC, Roman Reigns is set to contend for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Sheamus in the main event. More pressure is on the multi-generational star than you might think, because if he fails to ascend the ladder and regain the gold, it's been heavily rumored that unnamed members of the Anao'i family will riot the arena. According to a reliable source within WWE, death threats were sent in immediately following Reigns' loss of the title at Survivor Series. Although whoever wrote them wished to remain anonymous, the origins of the emails were traced back to Samoa, specifically the Anoa'i family stomping grounds. This isn't the first time this has occurred, however. The Anoa'i family were on hand for WrestleMania 31 in Santa Clara to watch Reigns win the big one as they were originally told by management, but when plans changed due to fans rejecting the Royal Rumble winner, they threw a fit in catering (note that this occurred after they had already cleared the buffet). Reigns attempted to calm them down by telling them he'd win the belt back down the line but they weren't having any of it.
Speculation among fans has already begun as to which members of the Anao'i family will jump the barricade and get involved in the matchup at TLC. The strongest candidates currently appear to be Rosey, Reigns' real life brother and former superhero, and Manu, who is best known for his incredible year-long stint on the WWE main roster as part of The Legacy (aka the member that was around for a cup of coffee). Reportedly referred to as the "Annoying family" backstage, they are not well-liked by officials despite the long lineage. The reason for that being they still believe wrestling to be real and are always constantly begging Vince McMahon to put their top title on the prodigal son, Roman Reigns. When Vince told them that Sheamus was next in line for a run with the strap, they weren't the least bit pleased with the WWE Chairman, thus leading to their threats of hijacking TLC in the TD Garden. No word as to whether the Anoa'i family will take any action if The Usos are unsuccessful in winning the WWE Tag Team Championship earlier in the evening or if Nia Jax doesn't beat Bayley for the NXT Women's Championship in London next Wednesday. All "facts" in this article are erroneous and compete faction. If you took it seriously, well, joke's on you. Thanks for reading!
