ROH Enforcer Bully Ray Addressed the AudienceI initially cringed at the thought of Bully Ray kicking off the show. Not because I don't like him, but rather because I really don't want authority figures to become the focal point of the program. Thankfully, this was kept short and sweet and was exactly what it needed to be. Was it necessary when Bully already announced he was the enforcer last week? Not really, but it was a simple segment and I appreciated that. ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks def. Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio SkyThis was the follow-up to Bullet Club beating So Cal Uncensored last week to retain the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship. I believe a rematch has been set for Manhattan Mayhem coming up, though I'm not sure if the titles will be on the line. Either way, this was a fun match to further the feud between the two teams as well as tease that Cody is manipulating The Young Bucks in his rivalry with Kenny Omega. Notice how he didn't immediately come to their aid afterward the same way Hangman Page did. Kenny King def. Silas Young to Win the ROH world Television ChampionshipKing and Young have had a strong rivalry over the TV title since Final Battle and they ended up delivering a hell of a match here. From the suspenseful nearfalls to the excellent in-ring action to the crowd being into everything they did, this was an awesome main event. To top it all off, the title changed hands, which I wasn't at all expecting. I can't say I'm in favor of Young dropping the strap so soon, but we'll see where it goes. It's possible that his contract with the company is up (as he has teased recently) and he won't be re-signing. Overall ShowWhile this edition of ROH TV only featured two matches in their entirety, they were both above-average and well worth checking out. The title change made this a newsworthy episode and the hour was both entertaining and effective between those bouts, the focus on the Women of Honor Championship Tournament, and the heavy hype for the 16th Anniversary Show on March 9. Not many matches were confirmed for that event at this time a week ago, so I'm happy that has since changed.
