KUSHIDA def. Scorpio Sky by Disqualification

It's nice to see KUSHIDA sticking around in ROH despite recently losing the ROH World Television Championship to Kenny King at Death Before Dishonor. It would be cool if they collided in a rematch for the title, but there was no mention of that during this match. It was a fun outing for KUSHIDA, but before he could score the victory, The Addiction crashed the contest and laid out KUSHIDA, continuing their storyline where they're wreaking havoc across the company.

ROH World Champion Cody def. Cheeseburger

Before the bout, Cody (accompanied by the rest of The Bullet Club) signed his new "exclusive" Ring of Honor contract, so he came across like a major deal here. You had to know he was going to defend his title against a jobber, and you had to know said jobber wouldn't win, but this was still very well done with the nearfalls and Cheeseburger getting his time to shine. In the time, Cody was the ultimate heel by throwing his jacket in Cheeseburger's face before retaining the title.

Caprice Coleman Hosted Coleman's Pulpit with Rhett Titus and Will Ferrara

Titus and Ferrara recently formed an alliance on an episode of ROH TV, so this was a good opportunity for them to explain their partnership. Titus said that Kenny King wasn't "grateful" after he brought him back to the company, but I'm not sensing his chemistry with Ferrara yet. I'll wait to see how it plays out, but if nothing else, it's a fine use of both men who likely wouldn't be doing much else otherwise.

The Kingdom def. Search & Destroy

Search & Destroy was represented by The Motor City Machine Guns and Jonathan Gresham, so I thought for sure Gresham would eat the pinfall loss. Ultimately, it was one of the Guns, which was weird considering they're fresh off winning the tag titles. That makes me think The Kingdom could be next in line for a championship opportunity, even if The Young Bucks and The Addiction are also waiting in the wings at the moment. At any rate, this was a really fun main event with entertaining action from bell to bell.

Overall Show

The hour of ROH TV tends to fly by each week and this was no exception. Cody's contract signing made it newsworthy, but the rest of the show was enjoyable as well as KUSHIDA competed, Titus and Ferrara spoke, Cheeseburger received a random title shot, and the six-man tag team main event delivered. There wasn't anything must-see, but it's worth checking out anyway with everything being solid.
