Last year I did my top 5 best WWE t-shirts article and I really enjoyed critiquing the shirts. I have been a huge advocate of the approach that simple is better. I don’t need a ton of glamour or color because a simple design, phrase & logo appeals to me.

I won’t include any of the special Ripple Junction shirts. These all have slick, simple lettering and designs but they aren’t worn by the talent and aren't “authentic” shirts.

3. Best: Samoa Joe

3. Worst: Seth Rollins

This shirt looks like one of the Ripple Junction shirts and has a simple design. Samoa Joe has been great on the main roster and his merchandise has been good since he joined the WWE. The shirts usually resemble the character and a badass usually has simple shirts to add to the aura of the wrestler.

This hurts me to say this because I am a big fan of Seth Rollins but they need to lose the Freakin’ saying. It screams WWE catchphrase that is nauseating. Besides that the design of the shirt is really nice and if you erased the Freakin’ on the front I would buy it.

2. Best: Brock Lesnar

2. Worst: The New Day

The beast incarnate has always had good merchandise and this shirt falls into that category. The whole Suplex City shirt ran its course so the WWE released a variation of the catchphrase in a nice slick t shirt. Similar to Joe he is a badass so his shirts are always simple and to the point.
The group has always had outlandish merchandise but the original shirt as well as the Booty Os were cool shirts but these new Popsicle ones are putrid. The WWE will try to push anything and I could only imagine who is blowing 30 bucks on this shirt. It’s so stupid I am mind boggled who would buy it. Easily the worst shirt the group has come out with since forming a few years back.

1. Best: Kevin Owens

1. Worst: Enzo Amore and Big Cass

Owens has been one of the guys who has always had simple but amazing merchandise. The shirt is really cool but similar to last year it won’t be available until after WrestleMania. I am attending so I wanted to get it before the show. Hopefully they will be selling it at the show or I have to get it after online.

The absolute worst thing about Enzo and Cass is that they're Enzo and Cass. How you doin'?
If I missed any let me know @RJ_Marceau on Twitter.

You are wrong about WWE superstars not wearing Ripple Junction WWE shirts. Tye Dillnger has worn his black with red letter Ripple Junction shirt multiple times on TV. Dolph Zigler has worn his Its Too Bad with Dolph Zigler in the middle and I'M Too Good on the bottom on TV once a while. He was shown in the back or on commentary. Gallows and Anderson have worn their X Nerds shirt with both of them on it. Says The Club underneath No Nerds Allowed. Once the USO'S wore both their Ripple Junction shirts shown backstage. Xnerds version and vintage. Still it doesn't happen often but it does happen.
When this article was written you missed one t-shirt.
Nia Jax Authentic shirt for men. Both the male and female version says I'm Not Like Most Girls. Its black with pink letters and Nia Jax and her NJ logo on the back. Yes the WWE makes this in a male version. What men will buy and wear this shirt? If a guy wears this out in public who knows what comments he will receive or funny looks he will get. Simple answer not many. This has to be one of the worse shirts for sale on WWE Shop. None of the 3 you mentioned come close.
