Since Pete Rose got inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004 the WWE has inducted celebrities such as Donald Trump, Mike Tyson, Arnold Schwarzenegger and this year's inductee Snoop Dogg. Most of these celebrities have appeared on Raw, SmackDown or WrestleMania but there are five celebrities that deserve to be in the Hall of Fame over someone like Snoop Dogg or even Schwarzenegger.

These people have made an impact on a WrestleMania and should be in the Hall of Fame eventually.

5. Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi

Before everyone jumps down my throat, Snooki was a guest host of Monday Night Raw and competed at WrestleMania 27. That is more than Snoop Dogg and Schwarzenegger have done on the biggest stage of them all. The match wasn’t amazing but Snooki, Trish Stratus and John Morrison defeated LayCool and Dolph Ziggler. The WWE capitalized on the success of MTV’s hit reality show Jersey Shore and at the time got one of if not the biggest reality TV show stars of 2011.

4. Fred Durst (Limp Bitzkit)

When I think of a celebrity that deserves to go in the Hall of Fame when I started watching it came down to Fred Durst, the lead singer of the band Limp Bitzkit. They performed at WrestleMania 19, the band performed the entrance music for The Undertaker as well. The theme songs for WrestleMania 17 and 19 were by Limp Bitzkit, which was used in both Rock and Stone Cold promos.

3. Flo Rida

Time for a modern day musician that deserves to be in the hall of fame eventually Flo Rida. Flo Rida has had a few appearances for the WWE on Monday Night Raw, Tribute for the Troops and WrestleMania XXVIII. His song "My House" is one of the official songs for WrestleMania 32 and I would be surprised if he didn’t perform it on Sunday.

2. Cyndi Lauper

I was stunned when I saw that Cyndi Lauper wasn’t in the WWE Hall of Fame. She helped get WrestleMania 1 that extra star power with “Rock N Wrestling Connection.” She helped get the WWE mainstream attention on MTV and accompanied Wendi Richter to her WWE Women’s Championship match. If Lauper wasn’t aligned with the WWE I don’t know if it would have been as successful.

1. Maria Menounos

This last celebrity deserves an induction and I wouldn’t be surprised if she makes it in 5-10 years. Maria Menounos has been a big contributor to the WWE. She guest hosted Monday Night Raw, wrestled on Raw, Tribute to the Troops and at WrestleMania XXVIII. She inducted Bob Backlund into the WWE Hall of Fame and will be the hostess for the WWE Hall of Fame Red Carpet show for the third consecutive year. She will continue to work with the company and a Hall of Fame induction will be in the near future.
