By RJ Marceau In less than a week I will be live at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, FL. This will be my second WrestleMania I will be attending with my first WrestleMania at WrestleMania 30 in New Orleans, LA. I am stoked for WrestleMania 33 and I think the card has a lot of diversity for all fans. 5. Neville © vs. Austin Aries For the WWE Cruiserweight ChampionshipSince Neville became the WWE Cruiserweight Champion the division has started to grow on me. Neville has been an amazing heel and has been strides better than his competition. His character has developed well with him beating fan favorites Jack Gallagher and Rich Swann convincingly. Aries was the only man that made sense and this match should be a mat classic. Aries' injury in NXT was easily a blessing in disguise because if he wasn’t hurt he wouldn’t have had the opportunity to be on 205 Live which he gained popularity as a good announcer. Both men are tremendous wrestlers and don’t be surprised if this match steals the show. 4. John Cena & Nikki Bella vs. The Miz & MaryseTalk about a match that has been instantly intriguing over the past month is this mixed tag team match. The Miz and Maryse have done amazing work as the heel couple attacking Nikki and John. The skits last week were hilarious and it is interesting since Maryse and Nikki Bella do have a legit beef with each other in real life. They discussed the situation on Total Divas and it’s unknown if their relationship in reality has rekindled. Either way this feud has been good and will fit perfectly on the card. Rumors are that Nikki Bella will retire after WrestleMania and I believe Graham has gone on the record that Cena will propose after the match. If he does I will be screaming No! No! No! since Cena seems like an absolute stiff in real life. The drama alone makes the match but I hope Maryse will show no ring rust since it has been a five year hiatus since she wrestled in the WWE. 3. Chris Jericho © vs. Kevin Owens For the WWE United States ChampionshipOnce JeriKO was formed this past summer we were waiting for the breakup. These two had a great run as “best friends” and were one of the reasons I tuned into Raw weekly. The duo went for a good five months but the breakup was even better. The “Festival of Friendship” was one of the best segments in WWE history and got the crowd to boo fan favorite Owens. The build has been good and I like how Owens is going for Jericho’s title now that he was screwed by Y2J. Fans wanted this to be for the WWE Universal Title but even with no belt on the line I would still be just as excited for this bout. Fans love both guys so it should have a loud crowd to add to great in-ring action. 2. AJ Styles vs. Shane McMahonI know myself and @randyjcruz are among the minority that are looking forward to this match but I don’t see the hate for this match. I know Styles should get a marquee name but he has faced all the top guys on SmackDown. He was rumored to face Shawn Michaels but he declined. Shane has had some good matches in his time and being with AJ Styles should help make this match good. This match will definitely be better than what fans are giving it credit for and don’t be surprised if this is the match people will rewatch over the years. 1. Seth Rollins vs. Triple H (No Holds Barred)I am getting cocky with this match since it hasn’t even been announced yet but this match has been in the works since Seth Rollins left The Shield back in 2014. We all knew eventually that HHH would stab Rollins in the back and they would face off. It was supposed to happen last year but Rollins was sidelined with a knee injury which almost cancelled the bout this year. The stipulation is perfect because a street fight mentality should be great. If Rollins is still nursing his injury the stipulation helps him and can add interference from Samoa Joe and potentially Finn Balor. These guys have the best story going into WrestleMania so they have to face off in some capacity. Last time I was at WrestleMania, Rollins was in a throwaway six-man tag so I’m excited my favorite wrestler right now will be in a marquee match at WrestleMania 33. These five matches should all be exciting and I am pumped for both women’s matches and Lesnar/Goldberg III. The show should excite and I can wait to attend the “Ultimate ThrillRide.”
