![]() By RJ Marceau Last week, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows made their WWE debuts by ambushing The Usos after they defeated The Social Outcasts in the first round of the WWE Tag Team Championship tournament sponsored by Booty O’s. The debut was impactful and with no vignettes it gave a similar feel to The Shield debut. This week on Monday Night Raw, the duo interrupted a interview with AJ Styles and acknowledged their friendship from New Japan Pro Wrestling. Later on in the show, Roman Reigns and AJ Styles had a talking segment with Gallows and Anderson attacking Reigns as Styles was walking up the ramp. Styles seemed shocked and that he disapproved the attack. Styles said he had no idea that they were going to attack Reigns but Roman responded with he doesn’t care and it’s one versus all. The WWE teasing a pairing isn’t a bad thing but if they want to do it right they need to have Gallows & Anderson attack Styles. I honestly don’t think they should align with Reigns but have them cost AJ. Gallows & Anderson cost AJ and say that their master or leader sent them to do the deeds. It’s revealed on the Monday Night Raw after Payback that Finn Balor told them to do this.
AJ wouldn’t lose clean and they could save him winning the belt down the line. AJ could say he never lost and without the interference he could have won. AJ would feud with Balor going into the summer while Reigns would probably face Dean Ambrose next. They were teasing Reigns and Wyatt but with his recent calf injury that doesn’t seem plausible. Reigns doesn’t need Anderson & Gallows to do his dirty work so an alliance wouldn’t be necessary. If the WWE decided to have them align with Styles it would backfire because the crowd would cheer Styles and continue to boo Roman. Balor vs. Styles would be amazing going into the summer and using Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows would be perfect to ignite this feud. SEE ALSO: "RJ's Two Cents - Why WWE Needs to Sign Prince Puma"
