RJ’s Two Cents - WWE WrestleMania 32 Predictions

Honestly I will not go in depth to the Pre-Show matches or Andre The Giant Memorial so I have Kalisto, Total Divas, The Usos and Kane. It’s sad how devalued the United States Championship has been but at least it will be defended.

​Here are my predictions for WrestleMania 32.

League of Nations vs. The New Day in a 4 on 3 Handicap Match

This match had my attention when the title was on the line but they have done 3 or 4 tag team matches since Roadblock and it isn’t a new match. Since the title is off the line it’s hard to not pick The League of Nations. The New Day has gone through the whole division so they need to build up a team. If League of Nations can defeat The New Day at WrestleMania 32 it will make them seem like a threat for the titles.

Kevin Owens © vs. Stardust vs. Sin Cara vs. Sami Zayn vs. The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Zack Ryder in a 7-Man Ladder Match for the Intercontinental Championship

The match intrigues me but besides Sami Zayn why do any of these other competitors deserve a match vs. Owens. The WWE saw the success of last years ladder match and decided to do another this year. With the amount of injuries the spots should be limited. The only people with a legitimate chance to win are Sami Zayn or Kevin Owens. If they want to do the title change then they should have it in a one on one match and not this ladder match. Owens is starting to build momentum as a top heel and will go over.

Charlotte © vs. Sasha Banks vs. Becky Lynch for the WWE Divas Championship

I have been on record multiple times on how I want Becky Lynch to win this match and I will not go against my prediction. Becky deserves it the most and will win the title. In this whole story, she has been in chase mode while Charlotte and Sasha have been the main focus. Becky winning would be a great story and build a new star in the Divas division. Sasha Banks has many years to become Divas champion and they should wait till SummerSlam to have Banks win the title.

AJ Styles vs. Chris Jericho

Another match we have seen multiple times will be good but if this was the first encounter it would be more special. These two will have a good match but what else can they do that wasn’t different than the other three bouts? Styles should defeat Jericho but with Sting losing last year I wouldn’t pass it by the WWE to have Jericho beat Styles. However I think the Phenomenal One has what it takes to knock off Jericho.

Brock Lesnar vs. Dean Ambrose in a No Hold Barred Street Fight

The WWE has done a terrible job making the casual fan think that Dean Ambrose has a shot to win. Lesnar has gotten the upper hand on the Lunatic Fringe on multiple occasions and what would make you think Dean has a chance? I hope the Wyatt Family stays away from this match because it will probably ruin the match. These two can steal the show if booked correctly. I don’t think Dean Ambrose is the one to defeat The Beast and with that I have Brock Lesnar defeating Ambrose.

Triple H © vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in a NO DQ Match

The build has been bad for this match and I have a fear that with the new No DQ stipulation this match will be riddled with interference. The Rock role hasn’t been announced so I hope they don’t have Rock help Reigns win. Any other interference like Shawn Michaels or other stars will annoy me because you can have amazing matches without interference. Watch Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Sami Zayn from NXT TakeOver: Dallas if you don’t believe me. I have Reigns winning and since he has been screwed multiple times I would be surprised if WWE screwed Big Dawg again.

Shane McMahon vs. The Undertaker in Hell in a Cell

If any match should have a huge surprise or interference it’s this match. It’s sad however that the three marquee matches will have interference since the WWE thinks it will add appeal. If Shane wins it will have to be due to interference because realistically he has no shot to beat The Undertaker. The build has been decent but there is no incentive for fans to want The Undertaker to win. Everything stays the same and it doesn’t benefit The Undertaker. I have Shane 'O Mac winning solely on wanting a change in the WWE.

Here are my predictions for WrestleMania 32 and with how amazing NXT TakeOver: Dallas was I think it will be hard for WrestleMania to compete. The in ring action was unbelievable especially with no stipulations. I am still 50/50 on the show but I am always excited for WrestleMania.
