GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. –
Just one night removed from CM Punk’s epic clash with Chris Jericho, the seemingly impossible happens: Punk and Heyman split. Though they mutually decided to go their separate ways, Paul Heyman was none too pleased with the decision to do so. After all, he was Punk’s biggest supporter since day one.

Fast forward two hours after they split, Punk is going up against the new World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio. As Punk picks a quick victory via count out, he awaits his entrance music to play… Instead, Punk was shocked when he saw Brock Lesnar come down the ramp to his raging music. Just as Punk, the WWE Universe stood in confusion, wondering why The Anomaly decided to interrupt Punk’s victory celebration.

As we watched in awe, we witnessed the unthinkable: Lesnar delivering a devastating F-5 to the Second City Saint. As the WWE Universe gazed on, questions started to erupt in our minds. Is Lesnar seeking retaliation against Punk for firing Heyman? Does Paul Heyman have anything do to with Lesnar’s merciless attack? The questions continue to pile up. Once seen as stable companions, now seen as rivals.

Though we haven’t gained much information since the June 17 edition of Raw – one can only believe that Heyman hustled Brock into delivering a pipe-bomb of his own. I mean, Heyman is used to living life a little dangerously, right? So, why not seek revenge against his ex-client?

Whether Heyman is involved or not, we can expect a hotheaded CM Punk on next week’s edition of Raw? He’ll be demanding answers from both Paul and Lesnar, and rightfully so. Just as many of you, I’ll be glued to my TV waiting for the whole segment to go down!

Punk fan or not, you’re about to witness a clash between two very intense individuals. Not only are they very intense, but they’re more alike than most people think. To me, that only adds to their approaching battle. Can you imagine the epic promos between Paul and Punk? You haven’t seen nothing yet, is all I’m saying. I, for one, believe this match is a potential showstopper!

With SummerSlam just a few short months away, you can expect WWE to roll out their best feuds. From Daniel Bryan “Yessing” away to Curtis Axel shedding perfection, this summer in pro-wrestling is must-see TV! All I can say is this: WWE summer season is looking too sweet!

So, what do you think? Does Paul E. Heyman have anything to do with Lesnar’s merciless attack on the Second City Savoir? If so, make sure you leave some comments below.
