EC3 def. Apollo Crews
It still blows my mind that WWE as already managed to mangle EC3 on the main roster and it hasn't even been more than two months since he got the call-up. Why bother moving him up from NXT if there was no plan in place for him? I guess the same can be said for the rest of the people he was called up with as well. As for this match, it was well-wrestled and very similar to their encounter last week. At least EC3 actually won this time.
Tyler Breeze and The Lucha House Party def. Jinder Mahal and The Singh Brothers
Ah, the latest combination of Lucha House Party vs. Mahal and The Singh Brothers. Don't get wrong, their matches are always enjoyable (albeit slightly formulaic), but it's the same thing every single time. It's basically what you would see on a typical house show. I'm glad WWE is finally letting The Singh Brothers wrestle on a regular basis, but it's obvious they're not going anywhere fast (along with Mahal). They kept this thing short and sweet, but it was hardly memorable.
It's sad to see someone the caliber of EC3 be relegated to Main Event, but if you're a fan of his, feel free to check out his outing against Crews. Aside from that, there really isn't any reason to watch this show. Both bouts were decent at best, whereas the recaps from Raw and SmackDown Live were exactly what you'd expect and featured nothing must-see. This was just your average edition of Main Event.
