Titus O'Neil def. EC3
It's sad when London, one of the rowdiest wrestling audiences in the entire world, sits on their hands for someone like EC3, who they would have gone nuts for had he just been called up from NXT. Instead, everyone has already written him off as a loser and there's no reason for the masses to care about him at this point. This was painfully bland and boring with no real sense of urgency whatsoever. It doesn't get much worse than losing to Titus O'Neil of all people on Main Event of all places. Poor EC3.
The Revival def. The Lucha House Party
The Revival were spared of embarrassment from The Usos (or, in reality, WWE) this week on Raw, thank the lord. This match received more time than I thought it would and it ended up being really fun as a result. These two teams work well together when given the chance (what a shocker, huh?) and I liked this a lot. Of course, the right team picked up the victory.
Needless to say, EC3 vs. O'Neil can absolutely be fast forwarded through. It was a waste of time that somehow managed to bury EC3 deeper even more than he already was. Revival vs. Lucha House Party, on the other hand, was an enjoyable outing. It's nice to see Revival do what they do best and not be humiliated for change. Meanwhile, most of the SmackDown Live and Raw recaps can also be skipped over with WWE programming being so abysmal lately.
