By Graham "GSM" Matthews The Usos def. WWE Tag Team Champions Gold and Stardust (Non-title) These two teams always work well together and this was another very god match from them. It's a shame most of it was overshadowed by the chaotic commentary from The Miz and Los Matadores, but the action was enjoyable in the final few minutes. The Usos going over was a smart move since it boosted their momentum following their loss on Raw. Hopefully this is the last we seen from them for a long while to come. Alicia Fox def. Paige I guess Fox being on Team Natalya officially makes her a babyface. I don't think the crowd realizes that since they've had no incentive to cheer for her since she "turned." The match was decent enough, but the lack of crowd connection with Fox hindered it slightly. They have history together, obviously, and they'll be on opposing teams come Survivor Series, so it wasn't completely pointless. Tyson Kidd and Natalya def. Adam Rose and The Bunny The "inter-species" tagline was ridiculous, but I expect nothing less from WWE. It about as silly as I figured it would be, but at least the involvement of Kidd and Natalya made it passable. Kidd and Natalya furthered their story and Rose essentially cemented his role as the heel in his feud with The Bunny. Can we please skip ahead to the part where it's revealed who's in the bunny costume? Bray Wyatt def. Jack Swagger Wyatt's pre-match promo was a solid follow-up to the events of Monday and a nice final sell on his upcoming match with Dean Ambrose. It made zero sense for Swagger to be in action on this show after he was removed from Team Cena due to being taken out with an injury. That wasn't explained very well by the commentators and made me shake my head. That aside, this squash match was a logical way of building up Wyatt before Sunday. Overall Show While there wasn't anything must-see about this show, it did a good job of hyping up most of the matches on the Survivor Series card. Even the video package that aired for the Team Cena vs. Team Authority match was excellent and enhanced my excitement for Sunday. Don't feel the need to go back and watch this edition of Main Event if you missed it live, but it's not the worst hour of wrestling to sit through.
