By Graham "GSM" Matthews WWE Tag Team Champions The Miz and Damien Mizdow def. Los Matadores (Non-title) This wasn't much different from what we've seen from Miz and Mizdow over the last few days, but that doesn't make it any less entertaining. It's crazy just how over Sandow is right now and I really hope it translates to success for in singles competition when they eventually split up. Los Matadores were a complete afterthought, but they're nothing special anyway so they filled that role nicely. It was another good win for the tag team champs, but with such a depleted tag division, I'm curious as to who will be next to challenge them for the straps. Fandango def. Adam Rose I was noted this in my reviews of Raw and Survivor Series, but there's nothing "new and improved" about Fandango. Sure, he's got a new look and new entrance theme, but the dancing gimmick has to guy if Johnny Curtis wants to get anywhere in this company. As for Rose, nothing was furthered in his program with the Bunny. I as intrigued at first, but now I just want it to end. Natalya def. Layla Both Natalya and Layla are very good workers, so they had a pretty decent match here. It was better than most Divas matches we see these days and at least it had some storyline support with the pre-match backstage segment. Meanwhile, Tyson Kidd continues to shine in his role, but I hope to see him slowly ascend up the card over time. His blocking of Natalya on the turnbuckle was hilarious. Dean Ambrose def. Kane It's a tough task to get a good match out of Kane this day and age, but Ambrose managed to do just that. It wasn't a barn-burner of a bout or anything, but it was well wrestled and solid for the most part. Ambrose needed the victory, but aside from that, there wasn't anything notable about this match. Ambrose and Kane haven't had issues with each other for a while and there was no sight or mention of Bray Wyatt coming off the attack from Raw. Overall Show While there wasn't anything all that bad about this episode, it was hardly memorable or worth going out of your way to see. The opener was fun if only for Miz's and Mizdow's mannerisms, Fandango vs. Rose was throwaway, the Divas match was fine and the main event was solid yet unspectacular. It would've been better if there was some storyline development on this show, but without it, this was a mediocre edition of Main Event.
