![]() By CJ Blaze The show starts with a video package advertising the main event for tonight: Big E Langston defending his NXT Title against Damien Sandow! Natalya vs. Summer Rae This week’s diva’s match was physical and full of submission holds. I love seeing people from the main roster come to NXT and work with the developmental talent. Summer will, one day, become the Diva’s Champion sooner than later. Winner: Summer Rae - by pinfall -Renee Young interviewed Sami Zayn, the former El Generico, about his debut match next week against Curt Hawkins. Bray Wyatt vs. Danny Burch
Once again, Bray wins a squash match. The only thing to take away from this match was that Wyatt is now sporting a new mask. He blamed it on his loss to Jericho a couple weeks ago, but he actually broke his nose at a live event. Winner: Bray Wyatt - by pinfall -Backstage, Adrian Neville and Bo Dallas talk about losing the tag titles. They end the conversation by saying that they both will be in a #1 contenders battle royal for the NXT Title in two weeks. Connor O’Brian vs. Briley Pierce and Sakamoto Once again, we got to watch a squash match. O’Brian dominated the whole match, proving to everyone he needs more competition. Winner: Connor O’Brian - by pinfall -After the match, Judas Devlin came out and stared at O’Brian. I believe that these guys will re-form the tag team “Ascension”. NXT Championship Match: Big E Langston © vs. Damien Sandow This match turned out to be a lot more physical than I thought. The two future world champions went at it for nearly thirteen minutes, and they each gave it their all. In the end, Mr. Five-Count walked out with the belt. Winner: and still the NXT Champion, Big E Langston - by pinfall Overall Reaction: I thought this was a rather lackluster episode of NXT. The only thing I enjoyed was the NXT title match. Hopefully next week will be better. Next Week’s Main Event: Bray Wyatt vs. Corey Graves
