By CJ Blaze This week’s show starts with a video previewing tonight’s Tag Team title match: Neville and Bo Dallas vs. The Wyatt Family. Damien Sandow vs. Baron Corbin I’m not for sure why Sandow was featured on here, as he should be going after the World title on the main roster. I don’t have much to comment on for this match because it was a flat out squash! But, this does lead to something bigger... Winner: Damien Sandow - by pinfall -In a backstage segment, Sandow confronted Big E Langston about an NXT title match. Paige vs. Baylee
This was yet another good divas match on NXT. Each diva had a good amount of offense and defense. The “Anti-Diva” was able to pull out her finisher for another win. After the match, Summer Rae came out and attacked Paige. Winner: Paige - by pinfall -In case you haven’t heard it already, Dusty Rhodes made the announcement at the last set of tapings that there will be a tournament to determine the first-ever NXT Womens Champion! I’m excited to see who will come out on top, as NXT is filled with great divas. Briley Pierce vs. Sakamoto (Briley is the younger brother of Dolph Ziggler) For what the match was, I guess you could say it was decent. For whatever reason, Connor O’Brian came out and beat up both men to make it no contest. It was unique to see Pierce pull off Ziggler’s headlock/headstand move during the match. Result: no contest Kassius Ohno vs. Camacho Before I discuss what happened, I want to say that I have no idea who played the face and heel roles! Typically, they were both heel, but Camacho seemed to be playing the face. It was a good match, but the pace could’ve been faster to keep the audience and viewers more captivated. Camacho had a lot more offense than I expected, but I’m glad there wasn’t two squash matches in one show! Winner: Kassius Ohno - by submission -After Ohno picked up the victory, he started to talk and said that he was sorry to William Regal, and that the last few months have been a blur. This left me confused. It may be a hint at a face turn. Before anyone could comment, Bray Wyatt and his goons came out for the main event. Wyatt ended up attacking Ohno. Tag Team Championship Match: Neville and Bo Dallas © vs. The Wyatt Family I will say that I was slightly disappointed with this match. The Wyatt Family dominated for a good portion of the match. Neville pulled off his corkscrew shooting press, but it didn’t stop them. Bo Dallas was pinned in the end to crown new tag team champions. Winners: and new NXT Tag Team Champions, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan Overall Reaction: This was an action-packed show! New tag team champions were crowned, and several feuds progressed. I think that Baylee could become the next Melina on the main roster. I think she has the look and characteristics. I’m still puzzled though on where Ohno will be heading at this point. I am a little disappointed that Neville had to drop the tag titles, although it could ultimately lead to a main roster debut... one can only hope. Next Week’s Main Event: Big E Langston © vs. Damien Sandow- NXT Championship
