Moustache Mountain def. The HuntThe team of The Primate and Wild Boar have grown on me since their debut. They have a unique look and I appreciate their intensity in the ring. Moustache Mountain received a strong reaction from the fans upon making their entrance and went on to have a very enjoyable match with The Hunt. Tag team wrestling seems to be at its strongest in NXT UK compared to every other brand in WWE. Hopefully it isn't long before Moustache Mountain are back in the mix for the NXT Tag Team Championship. Joe Coffey def. Flash Morgan Webster to Qualify for the WWE United Kingdom Championship No. 1 contender's Fatal 4-Way MatchDamn, this was the loudest I've ever heard any crowd for Coffey. Then again, this episode emanated from Scotland and that's where Coffey is from, so I guess that makes sense. This was a good match made extra fun by the fans being so behind Coffey throughout. Gallus tried to heel it up with a post-match promo but to no avail. The crowd still loved them. Wolfgang will have his chance to qualify for the No. 1 Contender's Fatal 4-Way when he faces Dave Mastiff next week. Nina Samuels def. Kasey OwensMan, this Nina Samuels push is still a thing? She was being pushed pretty aggressively a few months ago, and then she disappeared from NXT UK TV for a while, but she's back and appears to have her sights set on Toni Storm's NXT UK Women's Championship the promo she cut afterward. On the bright side, this was kept short and sweet. Kay Lee Ray called out Samuels during a backstage interview later on in the night, so Samuels might have to first go through her before she receives a shot at the strap. NXT UK Tag Team Champions The Grizzled Young Veterans def. Kenny Williams and Noam DarAmir Jordan was "mysteriously" attacked earlier in the evening, but Dar ended up taking his place. I noted this in my review of 205 Live on Tuesday, but I'm glad Dar has been cleared to compete after suffering a scare on NXT UK not too long ago. Williams and Dar actually made for a better team than Williams and Jordan as this was an absolute blast. The crowd brought into the nearfalls and the heels were just barely able to walk out with the titles. Overall ShowNXT UK is finally back to airing fresh content now that the shows from WrestleMania Axxess are over with, and this was a hell of an episode. Moustache Mountain vs. The Hunt kicked off the night on a high note, Coffey became the first man to qualify for the upcoming Fatal 4-Way in four weeks, Samuels vs. Ray was teased, the tag titles were defended in an excellent main event, and WALTER vs. Pete Dunne for the WWE United Kingdom Championship was announced as happening in two more weeks.
