Honestly, there's nothing they can possibly do at this point to get excited about the tag team title match at WrestleMania. It should be fun from an in-ring standpoint, but the involvement of The New Day and Los Matadores is a total turn-off. I appreciate the effort to build toward the match with this four-way involving one half of each tandem and it was fine for what it was, yet too short to mean anything of note.

The Bella Twins Interrupted AJ Lee and Paige

It was so great to see the Divas get some promo time for once. Granted, it came on the SmackDown go-home show before WrestleMania, but it was better than nothing at all, right? I often complain how there isn't enough storyline support in the Divas division, and this is exactly what the Divas tag team match at WrestleMania needed. The war of the words between the four ladies was entertaining and definitely added a little extra something to their upcoming match. Here's hoping their given the chance to shine on Sunday.

While I'm glad the match was given an ample amount of time (and why wouldn't they considering there were only two matches on this show), the early goings was pretty standard up until the final few minutes with the hot tag to Bryan and everyone hitting their finishers on each other. It was predictable the babyfaces were going over, but it was cool and somewhat to see Bryan pick up the win for his team considering who his partners were.

Overall Show

The WrestleMania go-home shows for SmackDown are largely missable because most of it consists of footage from Axxess, and while that was once again the case this year, I found myself entertained by this show more than I thought I would going in. The Fatal 4-Way was a waste since nothing will get me looking forward to that WWE Tag Team Championship match on the pre-show, but the Divas segment was extremely effective and the eight-man tag team match was solid and featured a ton of star power. It was video package overload per usual, but they were all very well done and only furthered my excitement for the event on Sunday, so there's nothing worth complaining about in my book. Enjoy WrestleMania, folks!
