![]() By Graham "GSM" Matthews Fandango def. Bo Dallas This would have been a flat match just about anywhere else, but the England crowd ate it up because of how over "Fandangoing" is overseas. Yes, even two and a years after the trend died down in the United States, it's still going strong in England. Must be that delayed time change. In all seriousness, good for Fandango for getting a reaction, and because the crowd was so hot for him, the match benefited as a result. They kept it short and sweet and the right person went over. Ryback and The Dudley Boyz def. The Cosmic Wasteland If there was any place for The Dudley Boyz to make their Superstars debut, it was in England. Damn, that pop though! It gives me goosebumps just thinking about it, and they were solidly behind Ryback as well with massive "Feed Me More" chants throughout the bout. Ryback and The Dudley Boyz are just a ton of fun together. I don't what it is, but they gel really well together and it looks like they're enjoying themselves out there. The Cosmic Wasteland were the perfect people to take the loss considering how directionless they are at the moment. All we needed was a table spot and this would've been the best Superstars match in years. Overall Show
Anyone who regularly reads these reviews knows I don't normally say this when it come to Superstars, but watch this show. You're not missing out on life if you don't, but this was a rare instance where both bouts were extremely enjoyable. The match Dallas and Fandango wasn't anything we haven't seen before, but the reaction for Fandango was a treat, as was that stellar six-man tag team match. This was just about as good as it gets on Superstars, so you'd be remiss not to check it out. |
