Neville def. Heath Slater
I don't know whether I should be surprised or not by the booking of Neville this year on the main roster. He's talented as all hell, but he's become one of those guys who loses every week on TV only to win when it doesn't matter on Superstars. At any rate, this was a short and sweet little match that only went a few minutes, but the crowd was hot for Neville's offense and popped for the Red Arrow, so it was successful in getting them excited for what was to come during the Raw television taping.
Bo Dallas def. Zack Ryder
I really wish Dallas was more consistent with his character. He's entertaining when he's doing the laps around the ring and telling people to Bo-lieve, but he's shown more aggression in recent months and it'd be nice if he stuck to just that. His shaky win-loss record doesn't help matters, either, but he could be a more valuable asset on the roster if he stayed with one character that fans can connect with.
This was a typical edition of Superstars featuring two matches that were fairly forgettable yet fun while they lasted. I'd say Neville brought a sense of star power to the show this week, but can he really be considered a star at this point after being relegated to the level of enhancement talent? You aren't missing anything if you don't watch this episode, but the Raw replays are worth sitting through considering how solid the flagship show was this week.
